I've used them and they are really good. They bring the pod, you fill it up and then they come back and get it. They were really responsive when I called them and I told them what I needed. Mine is still on site becuse I'm still putting stuff in it, its about 6 by 20. I like them because they are responsive and when you have questions con the fee, they'll discuss it with you right upfront. I've been using them for the last four months and I like their service. They showed up when they said they would and put my pod there.

E verything was great.  Great company to work with - always very courteous and on - time.  Container provided was clean.  Delivery and pick-up went without a hitch.  Price was reasonable compared to others who provide services in this area.

Initially delivery and pickup went smoothly.  

The problem, that we'd been given a defective POD, was realized when POD was delivered to our new home Dec 26, 2012 -- THE POD LEAKED!  There was ONE INCH OF SNOW covering a quarter of the contents, water had seeped down between boxes to the floor, ice frozen on one garment rack.  Everything wet had to be hurriedly opened and checked for damage.  

Despite photographs, the offer by UNIRISC, PODS' insurer, was only $75 for damages.

I wished we had moved EVERYTHING ourselves.  I cannot recommend them.   Their business concept is brilliant, their product and service is inferior. 

I paid full price for a defective 16' POD.  A huge disappointment.

to provide. find another company would save time,money and sanity.

I called them a week ahead of time to have my pods delivered to my address, but could not get them delivered for this entire long weekend.  Unless you know way ahead of time when you want them to drop off the pods, you may have to wait weeks for them to show up.

The customer service reps were rude and they are about three times more expensive than other storage palaces.

It's a national firm. They bring the container, leave it at your house, you pack it, then they come pick it up and transport it for you. I have no problems and great service. I would recommend them to anybody. They did a great job. You call and they get you set up with your area. I packed and sealed it and you lock it yourself and keep the keys with you. They stored it for a month and a half. It was a reasonable price and easy to get the pod into the driveway. They were clean and delivered as they said they would.

The driver, Jack, helped us unload and take the items to and from the POD.  He even helped us take the items back into the garage.  He was very courteous and I would higher recommend them.

They did a great job, just be sure you are on sight when they drop it off so you can tell them where to place the pod.

Called PODS for storage as I put carpet in. It was delivered exactly where I asked while I was at work. Kept the POD to sort out junk from my daughters rooms. :-) After two months, they picked up the POD. On line reservation worked like a charm and they billed my card. Very nice.

I notified the office the first week that I was having trouble getting the door open. There were tree limbs and leaves on top and inside the pod. The sign was hanging off. There was a wasp nest on the pod, as well. They didn't do anything. They finally sent someone out a week before it was time to pick up my stuff and leave. There were complications with the pick up day in the end. I would not recommend them or use them again.

Ordered a POD to keep our stuff in it while we were in between houses. The customer service line was frustrating, but the person who dropped off the POD was great -- probably overqualified for the job. The POD was clean and easy to use. They were supposed to call before they came to pick it up and they forgot to. Not that big of a deal, but sort of annoying. We haven't gotten the POD back for unpacking yet, so hopefully everything will be in good shape. They do not tip the POD at all when they place it on the truck, which is the main reason we used PODS.

I sent them an e-mail requesting pricing and they quickly responded. They delivered the POD on time and when promised, leaving where I had designated. It was exactly as described and everything fit in it just fine. When I needed to keep it another month, I just let them know and it was no problem. Then when I was ready for them to pick it up I scheduled it a week in advance and they picked it up on time and as promised. It is a wonderful service and I would use them again.

I won't move any other way. They were punctual in bringing the unit so we could start loading it and they picked it up at the assigned time. I found this is the cheapest way to go. Everything came safe and sound. We were able to store furniture in it for some time before we could unload it.

They seemed very nice and there were no problems. It was a good experience. They came to our house, so we didn't have to worry with going in and out of storage ourselves. They have an internet program that allowed us to delay delivery and pick up. We changed it a lot!

The POD was clean, and the people were professional, including those that helped to arrange the appointment. They were extremely punctual. I would recommend this company again.

This was a very convenient way to move things yourself. We ordered the POD and scheduled deliver/move dates over the internet. They placed the POD, where we asked them to. It is very easy to load (4'' off the ground) and you don't have to drive a big truck.

They were awesome, and the guys were very professional.

Can't talk to anyone from Indianapolis. Centralized reservation with people who are condescending, rude and have very little knowledge about the product, will argue about what time it is where you need the delivery. They are not in the least interested in customer service. They will only provide three hour ranges for delivery and pick up and then were 2 hours late. The idea is good and the container was clean. You might want to try a SAMS. We will next time.

It was a great experience. The people were friendly. It is very easy to schedule over the internet. There are not any cancellation/change fees if you cancel/reschedule prior to 4:00pm the previous day. The schedule fills up, so we found we needed to schedule pick up / deliver dates about 5 days ahead of time.

WASN'T IMPRESSIVE. DELIVERY GUY WAS A ROYAL PAIN. GUY ON THE PHONE ADVISED ME AS TO SPACE RESTRICTIONS, WHICH I MET, BUT STILL HAD TO HASSLE WITH DELIVERY GUY. THEY SCREWED UP THE DELIVERY DATE BY A MONTH, BUT WERE PUNCTUAL ONCE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. NOTHING WAS EASY WITH THEM.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
