PLUMMER POWER MOWER SHOP

I wanted an estimate on a mower repair. They requested $20 for the estimate. After a few days of no response I called to ask if they had looked at the mower. They said no. I then asked how long it would be before they could look at it. They said they didn't know. Then one week after I left it there they called to tell me it was finished. I informed them I didn't want it finished without my approval and I had paid for an estimate only. They said I hadn't paid for an estimate at all. Which is a lie. They told me the bill was $81 for the repair.(a simple carburetor cleaning )I refused to pay for it and told them I could buy a used mower for less. When I arrived to pick the mower up he had removed the carb and air cleaner and refused to return them to me. The man then picked up the mower and threw it hard into my truck scattering parts everywhere. I own an auto restoration service myself. If I treated my customers as he did me I'd be out of business. I would never recommend this mower repair service at all to anyone. Thank you , Paul Fox

Repairman took the time to thoroughly clean the pump, thus avoiding a $300 replacement cost. Also instructed me in how to avoid the problem in the future; and sold me the product to use. He had fully tested the power washer; and it now works 100% again.
