Russell was outstanding. He was able to reposition the gas line for hookup to our new range. However the dishwasher was another story. The past owners has tiled in the old dishwasher (laying new tile over old tile and subflooring) which made removal of the old unit EXTREMELY difficult. And, to add insult to injury, the new dishwasher tub and frame were actually a bit larger than the older one which made installing the new unit impossible unless we lifted the countertop or removed tile. Although Russell spent well over an hour removing the old unit and trying his best to install the new unit, he only charged us for the gas line repositioning. He was a true professional in all he did and we would definitely hire him again for any work that requires a plumber.

Contacted Pipe Dream Plumbing and requested a representative to give me an estimate on installing a new gas line to gas dryer. Individual I spoke to on the phone arranged an appointment for the following week. The service rep. who came to the appointment was actually one of the owners. He was on time, prepared and professional; he surveyed the job requirements, gave me a quote on the spot and I asked him to proceed with performing the work. He went and purchased the necessary materials, performed the installation, test ran the dryer to ensure everything was working properly and cleaned up his mess afterwards. The whole thing start to finish was maybe 4 Hours. Service was great, price was fair; I would use them again and recommend them to others !

It went very well. I had used them before and have been pleased with their work. They have always done a very good job. They were very considerate, clean, and neat. They cleaned up well and covered their feet to be careful of the carpet.

These guys are wonderful. The pilot on my water heater went out and I was unable to get it lit. They lit it for me and did not try to get me to puchase a new water heater even thought mine is 7 years old. Professional, friendly, responsive, honest, and overall amazing service for this day and age!

excellent. called gentleman in the morning and he was able to install that afternoon.(friday of memorial day weekend!) took out our old 80 gallon elec hot water heater and installed a brand new one. came with another man as his assitant. both very polite and efficient. hauled away old, rotted water heater. work area clean and neat. extremely pleased. would definitely use again and recommend to others.

They did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price! This is not an experience I wanted to have, but I couldn't be more pleased with their response and the results. We returned home late last night to find two badly clogged toilets, which left us with no functioning bathroom in the house. After working several hours with a plunger to no avail, we gave up and called Pipe Dream Plumbing about 7:15 this morning. I requested an emergency service call today if possible. I was told they would arrive shortly after 8:30 which they did. Both men worked diligently for nearly two hours, first trying the simpler, less expensive solutions, letting us know what they were doing and how much it would cost. When each attempt was unsuccessful, they proceeded to to a more aggressive approach, without charging for the attempts that were unsuccessful. After inspecting the plumbing layout throughout the house, they finally had to drain and remove the toilet and use a clean-out tool directly in the drain pipe to reach and clean out a serious clog 30 foot downstream. Some of the things I particularly liked about their service: They came promptly, exactly when they said they would and on very short notice. Both men were courteous and professional. They appeared to be very knowledgeable, skilled plumbers. They were careful with our home and furnishings. They took pains not to cause any damage or create any more mess than the situation already had, and they cleaned up after the repair. The price was very reasonable. They kept us informed throughout the process of what they were doing and what the charge would be, and they didn't charge for a procedure that turned out not to be successful. I thought their $165 charge was very reasonable, especially since I had asked for an emergency service call. Each man worked here nearly two hours, not including travel time. This job can't have been one of the more pleasant tasks of their business, yet it turned to be a very reasonable hourly charge, and they didn't charge extra for an emergency call as many do. Most of all, we got exactly the results I hoped for--going from no functioning bathroom in the house, to both in fine working order.

I called Russ on Sunday when the water heater broke. We decided to wait until Monday to have them come out because there was a possibility that the broken water heater would be under warranty. Russ and Jeff came out and determined that it was under warrranty and they then went to get a replacement for us. It all went very smoothly and they got the job done very quickly for us.

The water heater failed on Saturday afternoon. Purchased a water heater and did 80% of the install my self but could not get the compression fittings not to leak. Called them on Sunday morning at 8am and they were here by 9am. Very professional and courteous. He even offered to take the old water heater with him. He was in and out in 2 hrs and the price was excellent for a Sunday morning. I will use them for any plumbing in the future.

We needed a new water heater installed. I had purchased it from a local retailer and had it here when they arrived. Very professional and courteous. The guys had it installed quickly despite the hurdles that came with installing the oversized unit. They were personable and even treated our dogs kindly! They answered every question and gave advice when asked. Stuck to their quoted price even though it was given over the phone. Highly recommend!

Russ arrived on time. He explained a plananed helper had to take a day off for personal business. He looked at all of the proposed work, and then planned and organized the days work. Everything went smoothly until he looked at the kitchen sink faucet. The history on this faucet included stiffness in rotating the spigot to empty into either of two sinks wells. The stiffness over time contributed to eventual loosening of the under sink attachment, and the faucet was just swing about on its own. Inspite of lengthy and great effort to get the faucet separated from the base, the "O" rings were just too inbedded and stiff to allow the necessary separation. I, as homeowner, had not been advised that a periodic lubication of the "O" rirngs would have prevented this "freezing" episode. I saw the futility in repairing the faucet, and asked if he had time to replace the faucet as part of the visit. Fortunately he did, and I am very pleased with the new faucet. He took me to Home Depot to pick out the one I really liked. Russ cleaned up all areas of work. He showed me all left over materials, and allowed me to choose to keep all or any of them. Russ also reviewed all of the work done, and felt complelled to tell me that one bath room vanity fauce lilne had only been slightly hand tightened, and was lucky it never separated and caused a leak. This seemed plausible because the contrac tor of my home also had bathrrom lights installed that did not have "boxes" for attachment of the wiring. I discovered this then I had the light fixtures replaced.

Our kitchen faucet had been leaking for quite some time but we just put up with it. Then we started doing some remodeling and removed a gas fireplace from our living room. We needed the gas pipe removed so decided to just have both things done at the same time. We chose Pipe Dream Plumbing because their ad said they would come to our county and they had good reviews here. They just happened to be in our area and were here within an hour of my call! Russ and Jeff were so friendly, I was immediately comfortable with them. They took care of both problems and didn't even charge for the gas pipe! I will not hesitate to call them in the future and recommend their services to my friends and family. This was our first time using a provider from Angie's List and we are extremely happy we joined.

Russ and Jeff are really good at communication. They were on time/extremely professional. I had a leaky kitchen faucet, leaky bathtub faucet and leaky bathroom sink faucet. I also wanted ideas on where to place a water heater and needed a quote on what it would take to get one installed. I had a ton of calcium buildup. I also had them check for the reason the garbage disposal smelled when the dishwasher ran and checked on the water heater I had installed last year. They took care of every item and solved every problem. All faucets were rebuilt and work awesome. Water pressure is alot better and there are zero leaks in my house. I received a quote for the water softener and intend on having them back out to install in the next month. They also took care of the plumbing issue/connection that was causing the garbage disposal smell. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs. They are an awesome company.

We've used Russ and Jeff 5-6 times and these guys are great! Their price is competitive, they're friendly and knowledgeable and do great work. Twice we've had very minor fixes and they've quickly fixed it at no charge. Absolutely recommend.

The guys were great. They were able to come out very quickly and were very thorough in their work. They replaced a bit of pipe for us as well.

Project went well and they seem extremely knowledgable. Jeff was very responsive, was at the house the next day so that we could restore the hot water supply in our house. Very professional and personable. Seem very trustworthy. In a prior service request related to low water pressure Jeff talked me through the solution over the phone at no cost which was great (saved me at least a couple of hundred bucks).
