My daughter used Pipe Dreams service and said it was perfect. Arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and very professional. There prices were better than others she had called and she couldnt of been happier with the service provided. She would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely use in the future. She was so happy with the service she made sure I wrote a review for their company, if that doesnt say great service I dont know what does.

Arrived on time, dug up yard and collapsed pvc drain, replaced pipe, installed new clean out and restored yard back to as close to original as possible ~ all in the mud and melting snow.

My pipes managed to freeze during this hellacious winter, and I searched Angie's list for a plumbing service nearby. These guys were the first to pop up on my list and they were wonderful. When I called late in the afternoon, they initially said they could be here first thing in the morning, but called back about 30 minutes later to tell me they had a cancellation, and instead of coming over tomorrow, they came over that day. When I spoke to them over the phone, they were about as helpful as they could be with someone like me (read - not handy) and when they came by, it took them about a half hour to unfreeze the pipes and get everything working again thanks to a malfunctioning water softener. I paid $200 for the service - which some might find high but it was same day service, an emergency, and I would pay it again. They will definitely be getting a call when I purchase a new softener to install once Indianapolis thaws out.

I called Pipe Dream Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon with a clogged kitchen sink. Jeff and Russ rearranged their schedule and arrived first thing on the next day to clean the sink drain line. They both provided helpful hints on how to eliminate kitchen drain lines from clogging. Jeff and Russ went out of their way to assist me.

Pipe Dreams is truly a dream come true! No one wants plumbing problems, and we had them all at the same time--water heater, toilet, water softener, and backup sump pump all went bad the same time. Pipe Dreams is only two men but they know what they're doing. They were efficient, courteous, clean and answered all my questions (I ask a lot!). They came up with suggestions and ideas to make things work more efficiently, and explained exactly what they were doing and why. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and I'd definitely use them again for any plumbing job!

They were promt and great to work with. They knew there stuff.

The technicians are nice guys, punctual, do good work, etc.. However, if cost is a factor I would not recommend pipedream. It cost me $600 to have a leaking pipe repaired.

Answered call first time. They arrived on time for a free estimate and completed the work at the same visit. Great job, little time, and fair price.

Jeff and Russ were punctual and very polite. Russ even apologized for being early. I was surprised to notice that one had removed his shoes and the other was wearing shoe covers before entering my house. I showed them the water spot on my ceiling which was my main source of concern and then explained to them some of my girlfriend's complaints of noisy water drains and periodic musky smells in the guest bathroom. I escorted them to the master bathroom where I assumed the leak was coming from. They were quickly able to find the source of the leak which was from a missing gasket on the bottom of the shower door. They then did some diagnosis on the various noises that seem to happen in the guest bathroom as water drains from the master shower. After discussing a number of different scenarios they explained that the most likely reason for the noises and possibly the smell is the lack of use of the guest shower and master bathtub. After running some water through those respective pipes the noises appear to have stopped. I was more than pleasantly surprised when they told me that they were not going to charge me anything for the service calll!!! I certainly hope that I do not run into any additional plumbing issues but if I do I will call Russ and Jeff and Pipe Dreams first.

2 Gentleman showed up on time and diagnosed my issue in the bathroom. They snaked pipe with a small portable device. Got a new fixture from Lowes for the sink and installed it. Cut pcb pipe to replace cracked pipe under the sink. Diagnosed my outside sump pump system and quoted. They were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

Pipe Dream said they could try to rout out the line, and they did. They gave me guidelines for how to judge when, if ever, the line actually does need to be replaced, and they gave me the name of a reputable company that charges far less than the original quote I received. Four months later, the line is still working. Pipe Dream was honest, gave me good advice, and saved me many thousands of dollars.

On Memorial Day weekend Sunday, we observed a wet spot on a first floor ceiling which was below two upstairs bathrooms. After unsuccessful attempts to reach two plumbers who've we worked with in the past, we went to Angie's list. We saw that Pipe Dream Plumbing offered emergency service. Within 30 minutes of leaving a phone message, Russ called back to discuss the problem. He promptly came to the house. He diagnosed the root cause without having to cut into the first floor ceiling. We are thankful for his rapid service which permitted us to continue with the holiday barbeque for our house full of out of town guests.

They were wonderful. They were prompt. It did not take them too long. And I had a little problem with my gate and one of the men tried to fix it for me. They were very nice. I would call them again if I had another plumbing issue.

I had a great experience with them. They are very professional, very quick and very nice. They came right away and they did a great job.

I thought Pipe Dream Plumbing LLC were professional and reasonably priced. They were personable. They came out and did the work for 2 full days for work that we thought couldn't be done.

He came out the same day. He gave me an incredible deal on a sump pump. I was totally pleased with them in every way. The price was about $150 less than what we paid 3 years ago for the same work.

They were freindly, good, new what they were doing. They anchored my toilet better than it has ever been done.

They were pleasant when I called. They called before they came, as promised. They were on time (actually a little early). There were two service men who worked together and were very pleasant and explained everything to us. They wore no shoes in the house, only socks with disposable covers.

They arrived a few minutes early and went quickly to work. They disconnected the existing gas stove supply line and rerouted it to the new location across the kitchen. Once the new line was in they turned the gas back on and made sure the stove, water heater, and furnace were all running safely before they left. They were quick, clean, friendly, and professional. They completely cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would glady recommend them to friends and use them again if I need a plumber.

I called Pipe Dream Plumbing because I had issues again with the flush of my 3 toilets, I had fixed them myself but they kept leaking at random times. I left a voice mail and they called me back immediately. We agreed to meet at 11:30 and I was 10 min late but the 2 technicians were extremely courteous. I showed them the problem. They saw I was a "handywoman", they explained to me what to do and showed me the part I could use to replace the one I had bought and installed. They gave me a price but I chose to do it myself as it seemed simple enough to try again with the right part this time. They left and didn't charge me, again they were very courteous, they told me to call them back if I had any questions or needed anything.

I had a new kitchen faucet installed + a soap dispenser. It was a pain in the neck to remove the old faucet. It had to be sawed off and the new install was just as difficult. The plumbers were very efficient and patient and didn't get upset with the constant obstacles. They were very neat, polite and professional and knew how to work around the difficulties my particilar job posed. They came out within in a couple hours of my calling them which I never expected, but they were able to squeeze me in since they were already in my area. That was greatly appreciated. I'd use them again.

They were very professional, respectful and will work with you to find a solution to your problem. Even though they didn't have to do serious work to my toilet they were really nice. I was ready to pay them, even for the short amount of time they were there, but the guy said because they didn't' have to do anything but flush it, there was no charge. I also appreciated that they scheduled me another appointment when I missed the first one. This was very, very good service and I have already recommended them to others. ****Update June 2013**** We recently had to call on them again to come back out for the exact same toilet. Again their manner is very pleasant, very nice people and gave us a quote for installation of a new toilet when we purchase one. They fixed it, explained what the issue is and replaced a small piece. The toilet has been working just fine, but we decided eventually we will replace it and have them do the installation.

Fantastic! Unlike crappy companies like Service Plus, since they don't charge for service calls, these guys are fair and honest.

Jeff and Russ came out to assess two showers that were running either hot or cold but not in between. They warned me beforehand that they might not have the parts available to fix it that day, and they gave an explanation of the problem and mechanism that was easy to understand. They ordered the parts for me and were extremely accomodating when I had them return at a very specific time frame a week later to complete the work. I would recommend them and would use them again.

The existing water heater developed a slow leak so needed a new one reasonably quick. Out of the 3 Angie's List firms, Pipe Dream Plumbing LLC was the only one to provide prices on all the requested alternates, and provided the specific brand I wanted.
