+ -1 moreI HAD SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR A MONDAY AT 9 AM. AT 8:50 AM, PHELPS CALLED ASKING TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF OTHER SERVICE CALLS. I AGREED AND RESCHEDULED FOR THAT FRIDAY MORNING. ON FRIDAY MORNING, NOBODY SHOWED UP. I CALLED AT 10 AM AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE PHELPS ANSWERING MACHINE. I CALLED AGAIN AT 11:15 AM WHEN I GOT NO PHONE CALL. THAT AFTERNOON, STILL AFTER NO PHONE CALL, I SCHEDULED SERVICE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY I FOUND ON ANGIE'S LIST.
