They do a great job with my dog.

We had an issue with them, but we continue to use them. They had an accident and cut our pet. That was the only issue.

I love everything about it: the supplies, the employees especially the groomers, the donations they do for animals. One time though the manager at the Anderson office was very rude. I don't know if something horrible happened in his family but I could not believe how rude he was. I see how one incident reflects badly on the whole store. This was about 8 to 11 months ago. I went back to have my dog groomed because they were very kind and do a wonderful job.

First time for our dogs there. Did a good job and were friendly.

They do everything including the nails. I can't think of anything that I don't like about them. Their price is reasonable. We have an appointment and they try to work best on the schedule that's convenient to us and them. Their punctuality is very good. Their professionalism is excellent. I would use them in the future.

I give them an "A" overall.

He had quite a bit done the last time, a bath, brush, and toe nail grinding. They are nice, kind, but, Scout wasn't too fired up about seeing them. I give them high ratings and will continue to go there.

I like them. They do excellent work.
