I called them and they came quite quickly, it was at night. Thy found the flood right away, repaired what needed to be done to stop the flood (poking holes in the ceiling and provided buckets). They were very nice.

I was very impressed with him because he thought he would have the problem fixed in just a day and quoted us a price of $600. It went into three days with a bunch of men in here trying to rectify the problem and he still only charged us the $600 and I thought that was pretty good. He is honest.

Toilet was leaking around base and constantly running. Service person recommended replacing tank flapper and pulling toilet to replace wax ring and reseat toilet. I was told the price before agreeing to the work being done. At the time I had little choice but to have the work done due to the house being rental property. Reflecting back on this service compared to recent plumbing work I had done (see recent review) I feel the price was extravagant for 20 minutes of work.

I had a really bad experience with them. I have had a lot of issues with them. Every time I do any job, I have to call them back again. They never do the job at once. It is owned by some firm in London. They charged twice as much. They are careless. They even doubled their rate. Even the plumber who came to do the work was embarrassed for charging so much.
