Very well, although even after calling at 7:30 they were unable to arrive until after 1:00. But I was so advised.

The man that came out to evaluate the problem was very nice and professional, as was the workman that came a few days later.

Prior to scheduling, I called the company to make sure that they serviced our type of door springs and they indicated that they do since they make their springs on site. They were very prompt in scheduling and getting out to our house. They tried to sell my wife an upgrade rather than replacing the spring and then charged us a service call fee when she said she had to talk to me. The upgrade was more than the door cost. I contacted the supervisor and he indicated that he was trying to locate a spring and would get back with me. After hanging up the phone, I was able to locate several springs online and one at a local hardware store within a few minutes. I was a little upset they didn't just run to the hardware store, get the spring and install. To speed things up, I picked up the spring (the cost above does not reflect the price of the spring that I purchased) and they came back out the next day to install it. They did credit me the amount of the first service call. The door is working fine.

It was good. We haven't had much experience with other companies but I think it was good. Everything turned out fine so far. Everything seems to be working.

I told them my problem over the phone, they made a guess at the problem and a basic estimate. When they arrived, it was the perfect fix.

Excellent. When I called for service they had me try a simple test to try to avoid expense of service call. When that did not work, they scheduled a service call, came on time, and fixed the problem.

They were good. It took them a little while to sort it out. The people I talked to on the phone were very good and responsive. They had to come out twice to fix it but they only charged us for one.

Overall it went OK. They came on time and the workers were fine. I heard about them on Angie's List and I would recommend them to others. They were punctual and they were professional.

I was very happy with the installation crew, I thought they were very careful. They came when they said they would and did a nice job. I think maybe they were a little more expensive, but we are really happy with the door.

They did an emergency after hours replacement. They came within a couple of hours of being called and had the job done within an hour. They worked in the rain and in very lousy weather, but they got the job done at a reasonable price.

We had seen this company at our local home show. I liked the fact that the door is insulated. The price may have been a little higher, but it was in the range we expected. They were flexible and worked with my schedule.

There was a mistake about when he was supposed to come as the office made a mistake. The office compensated and took a little off the price. The man was nice and knew what he was doing.

I called to have a tune-up done on the garage door. I was pleasantly surprised that they made an appointment for the same day. I called around noon and the man arrived around 4:15PM. I received a call when he was on the way. When the technician (Dale) arrived he was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable, when he checked the door. He made an adjustment on the spring and explained what he was doing. He gave also me some tips on how to keep the door working properly. The technician took care of everything very efficiently.

I had backed into the garage door and dented one of the panels I had purchased a new garage door from them in March of 2007. I got a quote and then called other garage door companies and it turns out they cant get panels as Overhead has the "monopoly" as it is the only distributor...So I needed to get it from them. They came quickly and efficiently replaced the panel.
