The spring on our garage door broke. We called Overhead Door at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18. They said they could come out to our house to fix the door between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. They arrived at 12:30 pm. The service technician, Jason Stemshorn, was extremely knowledgeable about the situation. He explained exactly what had happened and how he would go about fixing it. He told me the price before he began the job. After replacing the spring on the door, he rehung the garage door opener and made adjustments to it. We were not charged any additional fee even though he worked an additional 1/2 hour just making things and quot;rightand quot;. He was professional, courteous, and a great person to do business with. We will definitely call him again when his services are needed.

They were very fast, cleaned up everything and hauled it away. I will definitely use them again if I have any garage door issues!

It went very good. The door was much more quiet after the lubrication and adjustments made by the technician.

They were so good, the guy came out and told me exactly what was wrong with the door and corrected things that were done wrong in the past at no additional charge. Took pictures and sent them to me because I'm out of state, showed the tenant how to operate the door and explained to her how to maintain it. He also went to check out another property to make sure the garage door was installed correctly and no safety issues. He went above and beyond what he needed to do.

Purchased a Big deal for Overhead Door Company Of Indianapolis. The service was fine. The gentleman that came out to inspect the garage door was very nice.

Arrived as scheduled and finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up all debris and the work done was excellent. The installer was friendly but not so talkative that it would slow his work. He had over 20 years of experience installing and worked nonstop until the job was done.

The technician is named Kevin Spangler. He was very professional and competent at his work.
He only spent about 30 minutes to correct the horrible job done by Payless Garage Door Repair.
He did not charge me through the nose like the last people did. This is now the only company I will call for garage door work.

They were very pleasant to deal with, from getting a quote to the installation process. There was a significant time lapse between the quote and when I was able to schedule the repair due to insurance claims issues, but they honored the quote given. The installation included replacement of the entire garage door and tracking, and was completed within about 2 hours.

I called Overhead Door and they came out that afternoon! The serviceman was knowledgeable and detected the problem right away.
He gave me an estimate and this is what I ended up paying. Courteous and professional. This is the second time that we have used them and we will again.

Due to my previous experience with this company, I called them to do the work to install two new garage door openers which I had purchased. The work was accomplished professionally and efficiently. The technician noted that one of the openers came out of the box with a defect; however he informed me it would not affect the operation of the door and the most effective option would be for them to go ahead with the install, I could then pursue a replacement with the opener manufacturer and then call back the installer to replace the opener at minimal cost, if any. I appreciated the recommendation and followed his advice. The replacement came a few weeks later and the replacement work was accomplished at minimal charge.

The service was prompt and efficient. The service person did note a significant problem on the single-door opener and brought it to my attention. His recommendation, after comparing repair costs versus replacement cost and considering the age of the door opener, was that it be replaced. He very patiently went over all cost comparisons with me, to include cost of their equipment and installation; purchasing another opener of my own and having them install; having only one of the doors done as opposed to both and the pros and cons of all options. I had no pressure at all that a repair or replacement needed to be done immediately or that I should choose their own product over one of my own choosing. I chose to seek my own replacement openers but will definitely call them back to install. Their prices are very competitive.

Went Ok - wanted them to comeback and check on a noise when opening the Door - they did once but were reluctant to come back a second time when the noise persistant!

We have a unique installation in that our doors open vertically up. Overhead doors installed these 16 years ago and they have worked very well. They responded the same day I called and the service techs were very friendly and repaired the door very quickly. I would recommend Overhead Doors to anyone.

The garage door to my condo broke and left me as a prisoner in my own home. I immediately called Overhead Door hoping they would be able to help me out that day. They were able to have a service technician come out early that afternoon. Eric provided excellent service and was very professional. He worked so quickly, I was even able to make it in for the second half of my work day!! The cost for the service was just as I was told over the phone with no extra charges. I hope I won't have a need to use them again in the future, but if I do, I will definitely call them right away!

The garage door opener quit working and my car was trapped in the garage! The spring broke and was terrible! The 2nd garage door was not on an automatic opener and couldn't be lifted manually anymore. The work was done excellent! The technician was here right on time! He was extremely efficient! From 10-3 he single-handedly removed the old doors and parts and installed all of the new doors, springs, and garage door openers.

It went great. They came out and everything was fine on our doors, but it was good to have them check it.

Garage door broke on a Sunday (fortunately, my car was outside the garage).
Technichian was able to come out Monday, was very friendly and quickly installed a new tensioner spring. He oiled springs on both our doors free of charge. He inspected the spring on our other garage door and assured me that the spring had previously been repaced and was not significantly worn, so I didn't need to worry about needing to replace it soon.

It went well. They showed up when they were supposed to. We have no complaints.

The serviceman came out and did an inspection on my garage door. He cleaned it and made sure all the wheels were working properly. The motor was also checked. After a clean inspection, the gentleman helped me change my garage code door. Finally, he helped me sync my garage door button inside my car. He definitely went the extra mile. I will definitely call Overhead Door if I ever have an issue related to my garage door.

They were punctual and just overall great experience.

The company was out the same day that I called for an estimate. They showed up when they said they would and everyone I met was very professional. They could have sold me two new openers since I thought they were both broken, but instead the sales guy noticed a loose connection and fixed it for me on the sales call, saving me a couple hundred dollars. Everything looks and works great.
