 They were very professional!   I really liked them because after they left I saw another mouse and they came back immediately and took care of it.

They were out within 2 days and determined the problem was carpenter ants. Options were explained and treatment recommendations made and a plan was determined. The treatments were started the next week. Not only did they treat for the carpenter ants nested in our tree but also treated in and around the house. We have noticed a marked decrease in the number of insects seen and no visible carpenter ants. They recommended treatments out side the home every other month for six months then quarterly as a maintenance/preventive.

They did an excellent job.  We don’t remember how much we spent on their services but we know it was reasonable.  Their service was professional and the people treated us well.  They seemed to do a good job and they were very knowledgeable.

The problem...one year of service was up this May and we were going to just let the service expire.  However, the bimonthly service continued after the original year was up and an exterior application was performed while we were out of town this May (2013).  We were unaware the latest application was happening, or that service was being extended beyond the original one year contract, at a cost of $92 per visit.
The verbal discussion about the terms in the beginning never covered the fine print about the service automatically renewing.  Yes, contractually, they have the right to bill me.  Fine I thought...it's an automated scheduling/billing system, the tech messed up and didn't mention it, there was no notification that a new term of service was beginning and SURELY they'll see my point from a customer service perspective when I speak with them.
The manager dismissively brushed me off...I was completely caught off guard by his complete lack of consideration about the matter, so I'm paraphrasing here.  I was essentially told he would terminate future service - but wasn't going to do anything about the current problem and that the $92 bill stood.
I think it's poor business to neglect mentioning an important term and burying it in the fine print (who reads the EULA's with software or their credit card's fine print!?), even shadier to not notify (or "remind," I suppose, assuming someone would ever read such a document in its entirety) someone they've used all of their prepaid service and new costs are being incurred...worse still the situation wasn't rectified, and the cherry on top was the manager's complete lack of empathy and tact in handling the situation.
I certainly don't feel I owe Orkin for the last visit given their basic customer service oversights that caused the issue in the first place.  Orkin, if you really insist and want to turn this over to collections, I'll pay it.  Just know you'll be costing yourself a lot more bad publicity than the $92 you want to collect.

I called and they came out within 36 hours and it gave me a huge since of relief.   They showed up on the early end of the 2 hour window they provided.  That is always great.

.We bought a home that was very old and had been used as a rental then empty for some time. After moving in we found we had a serious problem with insects and even bugs.
Our neighbor used Orkin so we tried them.
They were great. Within 3 treatments the problem was completely gone!
We do follow up treatments occasionally just to make sure the problems do not reoccur.
I have tried nearly all over the counter pest products and nothing worked this well or this fast.
They did great work and were fast and very  polite

They are very good.  I was paying for them to come out every month, but unfortunately the ants keep returning.

We were able to schedule an Orkin visit on the day of our call, and we were very satisfied with theiir extermination service.

Purchased a warranty back 15 years ago and I renew it each year.  With that warranty I get a free inspection.  Inspected the entire house and gave recommendations to other things i need to have done.

They are great! Anytime I have a problem they will come back right away at no additional charge.

So far they are doing a great job. We also had termite treatment done through them on a previous property a few years ago. They are very knowledgeable.

They were very quick to schedule the initial consult. The sales person described clearly what he was seeing and his recommended approach. The service technician was out shortly after to do the initial service. We called a week later upon noticing additional issues and they came right out to do a follow-up service (all under the contract we had signed up for). We have been able to contact the service technician directly with follow-up questions and he has been quick to research and get back with answers.

I love them and have used them for 12 years. Our technician, Darrel Burris, is the best person I have ever met; human being-wise. If I have a specific problem; like a crawl space issue; he does whatever I ask him. He is very professional, polite and really nice. If I call and say that I need somebody to come right away for ants they just come out; there is no hesitation; they are terrific. I will use them again in the future.

We just signed a contract with them and we have an ongoing ant problem. They do what they say they’re going to do. They are not exceptional.

They were amazing! I tried quite a few others and they were by far the best. They would come at odd hours too with no extra charge.

The same man always came to my house; I liked that.  He was very personable.  He came to the house whenever I needed him, including Sunday morning.  I quit using the service because I didn’t have problems any longer.  I think the price was comparable to everyone else.

We will continue to use their services in the future and will recommend them to others.

We had a problem with carpenter ants and had a couple other pest control companies who came out to look at they both said we had termites. Orkin came out and got into the crawlspace and told us we don’t have termites, we had ants. He explained the difference between the two and is very knowledgeable. They come out and spray once a month outside the perimeter of our house and our detached garage and even our trees to keep the ants away. They’ve done everything we’ve asked them to do and are very accommodating.

The ants usually emerge in the spring, so I haven't seen any ants swarming yet. Also, the silver fish issue has gotten a lot better since they came. The price is high but it's in line other companies. Overall, everything else has been good and at this point we do plan on using them again in the future.

They got rid of them.

I use them quarterly instead of every other month. I liked that they took care of the pest problem. They helped us find out where they were coming in so they could keep them out.

I've used them for 30 years. They are good at their job. I have no complaints.

My home had termites in 2007/8, so I hired Orkin for remediation. Now, I pay them to come every spring for inspect. If they find termites during their, they'll treat the home again for free if its within 7 years of the remediation. Jeremy came out for this year's inspection, and Rita has come out in the past. Both are polite, thorough, and informative.

I had a yearly contract where they come monthly.  The price was reasonable.  They were overall great.
