Now that the cost of R-22 is skyrocketing I called around to compare prices. Eric's quote was the most competitive, hands down. On top of that he was not too far from our house when I called and was able to service our air conditioner within the hour. Kept us posted that he was on his way, arrived on time, and recharged our system as we had discussed. Didn't try to talk us into buying a new unit or anything else. Very professional and fun to talk too. Now our home is comfortable again.

Called Eric in the morning and he was at my home that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. Had not used him before but will definitely call on him again. Very professional and knowledgeable. He is extremely customer oriented. I highly recommend him.

He is self-employed; I like that. I have been using him for several years now. I like him because he is trustworthy. The one thing I don’t like about him is that he is always late. He is late every time he comes out. However, that is okay with me. I have started to understand his situation and I have adjusted to that. I know I have to compensate for that. He is very intelligent and a very nice guy. Moreover, he is ethical.

The company was able to work on the furnace the same day I called. Because a part needed to be ordered for the next day, he stopped by later and dropped off two heating units that kept the whole house warm during one of the coldest nights of the year. Next day it was fixed by noon.

He did a good job, but we had a lot of trouble with communication. He did give me a reduced price because of the trouble. It was not clear what he needed to do or when he needed access to my house, but the work was okay.

I was able to get service the same day I called. I called in the morning and he was able to come out in the afternoon. I thought severe weather in the afternoon would cancel the service (can't work outside in a thunderstorm), but the storm passed and he came out as soon as he could. A pleasant individual who work diligently and charged a flat rate for the service. He was all finished within about an hour and now we have cooling again. What a relief.

I called Eric (based on his excellent reviews here) in mid-morning. He was then just finishing up another project and said he'd arrive within an hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later, asked for a description of my problem, examined the compressor controls, and found the problem component within 5 minutes. He replaced the defective component, and it is now working just fine.

It went great. He is very focused on the project he is doing. He is able to work and is still able to carry on a conversation with you. He is very good about explaining things well. If he will be late he will call you to tell.

We have used them in the past. The owner, Eric, is very friendly. He's a very literary guy, but he does heating and AC work for his livelihood. He's an interesting guy and isn't your ordinary maintenance man. He is very thoughtful and will give suggestions on when things should be done and what you can do to extend the life of your system.

He had to charge me to come out again, which was understandable and he did charge me a reasonable fee. I was really pleased with them and their work. I would use them again.

Eric impressed me with his knowledge of the heating and cooling business. Explained everything clearly. He's the owner of his company, and does all the work himself which accounts for the good price. He will be doing my furnace and A/C check ups.

It went very well. Eric came out and serviced our furnace and noted things we should be aware of. The previous companies we had used had not done a good job and had sent people who did not know what they were doing. Eric also gave us a discount on the price because our furnace was so easy to service. He was very good at working us into his schedule and arriving when he said he would arrive.

This company is individually owned and operated- Eric does all of his own service. He is honest, fair, reasonably priced, responsive, and did a great job. We called him for a second opinion after another big franchise company told me us needed an entire new A/C unit. Eric knew we had already been given that advice, and he could have easily agreed and sold us one. Instead, he took the time to fully diagnose the problem and told us how he could fix it. Thanks to Eric's honesty, integrity, and hard work, we now have several more years of life on our A/C unit. It wasn't a cheap repair, but we have saved ourselves the cost of an expensive replacement at this time. I would highly recommend his company.
