We had a catastrophic lightning strike. They were supposed to remove the old wiring, install a new box and replace the wiring with new wires. They did not replace all the wiring, but did replace the box. I found out they were buying supplies to put in my home and taking them back for a refund. They threw my ceiling fan out in the yard, didn’t ask if I liked the one the installed which squeaks and the motion detection flood light lights up the parking lot next to my home. It doesn’t do me any good and stays on all day and night. They took off with $38k, basically. They didn’t put all the lights in my home or finish the wiring. Do not give them any money up front.
