The plumber instantly diagnosed the problem. A gasket needed to be replaced and said that the charge would be $239 to do just that and if he did anything else in the tank it would cost more. I asked if it was something I could handle. He showed me what to do (remove one part) replace the gasket and reassemble. It took no time at all. I really appreciated his help but was stunned by what it could have cost.

I liked them a lot. I will use them again. Their price was better than the guy that I have used for years. I picked them because I thought the price was reasonable for what they do. They could do a new process that my regular guy couldn't do. They could borrow under my driveway. They did a very good job. Everything these days is too high. That always has a bearing. I had several estimates and I picked them because I thought for what they could do the price was in my price range and acceptable. All of this happened in the spring, so if there are any problems, I don't know about them yet. The first guys that came out had me wound up a little bit because they said something to to the effect that the other guys might not come out the next day. I only had one day to do it and they had to be here at a certain time or I wasn't going to be here. As it turned out, the guys came on time and everything was peachy. Most of them were good, but that one guy had me going. The first day they excavated. There were two guys there the first day and two guys the next day. It took two day because of all they were doing. They left the area as clean as could be because they had to leave a big mountain of dirt there for it to settle back down into a huge over 6' hole that they had to dig in the driveway and sidewalk. They did a good job for however they could finish it up. I think they did a good job and professional, except for the one guy's comment on the first day. It was just his choice of words that freaked me out because this was a big deal for me. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were able to answer any questions. The second day the guy did his job quietly and I hopefully they did a good job. One doesn't know yet. They were reasonably priced for the service.

He gave me a quote of over 3300.00 to spot repair my main sewer line. He showed me where the damage was in my front yard. Problem with that is, the pipes do not run to that area. He claimed to have equipment that located lines. I have since had 2 other estimates. Both stated the lines do not go to that area and go directly opposite of that area. I would not use this company. He stated he has been doing this for several years. The area he thought was collapsed pipes was where a tree was and was the reason for the hole and soggy area. They are 1000.00 more than ARS and another private plumber I had estimate the job.

They've always been good to me. I have a certain one that usually helps me when I call them. I use them all the time. They've put in my water heater a year and a half ago. They've been very honest with me and these are people I've had a very good experience with. They didn't pressure me for something I didn't need. I always like to use this one certain plumber and he always helps me out. The others are OK I just like to use this one guy.

I am being fair with my rating, but I wouldn?t use them again. I had some dealing with them in the past and I called them by accident this time. It was kind of okay. The guy who did the work, he was snarky and smart alecky and that?s why I gave a ?B? on professionalism. I would have done a ?C?, but I am trying to be fair and not get personal and all of that.
When I discovered they were in Carmel, I was not surprised by that guy?s attitude, but he may not live there. He did get the work done and it?s working properly, but he was very smart alecky from the beginning. It was difficult for him to get the task done and he complained about that. The other thing that I did not discover until a week was that he left a mess. From the pipe that he cut, he just threw them on the floor in my basement and left them. I don?t really like complaining about people.

Last fall Mr. Plumber replaced the sewer line from my house to the street. I’ve been in the construction world long enough to know that nobody is perfect. At the start of the job their crew damaged the water line. It was a big mess. Their staff notified me of the mistake immediately, and told me they will take care of everything. They got contractors on site that day to do the cleanup and repair work inside the home and outside. They got the work done and did what they had to do to “make it right” – that’s the difference between average contractors and the best contractors. That’s why, despite the troubles, I’m giving Mr. Plumber and “A” rating. While their pricing is competitive pay a little extra to have the crew compact the backfill so you’re not staring at a huge pile of dirt in your yard, plus dealing with settlement, for a year or more. This was well worth the expense after seeing what many neighbors went through trying to get their yards back to normal.

They responded very quickly to our call for service and were so nice and professional to deal with. This happened on a Friday afternoon (just before the weekend) and they made sure to set us up with all the information/resources we needed to get through the weekend. We had Amerestore come out first thing Monday morning to clean up the mess in the crawl space, and then the Mr. Plumber folks were here first thing Tuesday morning to complete the work. It was all finished by 3:30 the same day. Very nice, respectful employees!! They communicated well with us every step of the way.

Took one look at the toilet, said it was too old to be repaired. Performed zero work on the toilet. Just wrote me a quote for new toilets. After they left, I did a little internet research, found the problem was blockage of the holes under the toilet rim. Cleaned them out in about 5 minutes. Toilet now flushes like a new one. Called Mr Plumber and complained. Was promised a responsible per would call back. Weeks later, still no call.

I think they tried to do work for us that was not required, and tried to do extra work for extra money, with the service call. The employees who were sent out, felt was not impressed with their lack of professionalism.

They are highly over-priced with poor quality! Despite the fact that the guy charged me $577, yes $577!!!, to replace the main shut-off valve, it started to spray water all over the wall in less than 24 hours. They also charged me $1900 to replace the water heater, and they reduced the tank size from 50-gal to 40-gal. I am never going to hire them again. the $50 1-year contract was a bait to get me to hire them, but then they took me to cleaners! Mr. Plumber is a perfect example of a dishonest business! I had higher expectations from Angie's list for the businesses they endorse, now I no longer trust Angie's list either!

We did have a leak after the installation and sent a restoration company to remediate any damages. We have also issued a refund of part of the main shut off valve to the credit card used. We are not perfect but we did make this right. We hope to have the opportunity to once again earn your trust at your rental property."

very responsive, they came out the same day. we have a maintenance contract with them. Again one week later had the same problem, and again they sent someone out the same day to look into it for us. Appreciate the customer service they provide. Of note we have used them for plumbing issues in the past and they are always this responsive.

They saved me over $4000 by telling me that I didn't need services I didn't need. They told me I needed to get a sump pump replaced because it was still under warranty. The company who was going to install it wanted to do all these other services that I didn't need. They put a lot of pressure on me. That's never a good sign. I decided to call Mister Plumbing instead. Steve Bettis of Mister Plumber ended up telling me that all I needed to do was add a new drain. He cleaned out the drain and installed a new one. The sump pump is clear and it didn't cost me a fortune! It was awesome that he saved me so much money!
