 + -1 moreI CALLED THEM SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE THEY HAD A COUPON AND I HAD USED THEM PREVIOUSLY. THE PERSON THEY SENT OUT WAS ELDERLY AND HE WAS VERY SLOW AND WANTED TO TALK A LOT. AFTER THE WORK HAD BEEN DONE, WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO REDO THE WORK. WHEN I CALLED METZLER BACK REGARDING WARRANTY OF THE WORK, THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT WARRANTY THE WORK BECAUSE I PROVIDED THE FAUCET. THE COMPANY THAT FIXED METZLERS WORK SAID THAT THE FAUCET WASNT BAD BUT THE CONNECTING TUBES METZLER USED WERE TOO STIFF AND THAT WAS CAUSING THE LEAK. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEIR PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS.

Description of Work: GRINDER PUMP WAS NOT WORKING, AND FLOODED THE TANK IT WAS IN. HE DRAINED IT, REMOVED THE BROKEN PUMP, PUT IN A LOANER AND TOOK THE OLD ONE TO SEE IF IT COULD BE REPAIRED. A NEW ONE WAS REQUIRED, SO THEY REPLACED IT.
