I HONESTLY DON'T CARE ABOUT LINOLEUM, BUT I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT HE WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE FORTHRIGHT ABOUT THE DAMAGE. FURTHER, I WAS PUT OFF BECAUSE HE ATTEMPTED TO TACK ON MORE PRICE TAGS FOR SERVICES/EQUIPMENT THAT I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT AND/OR IF IT WAS NECESSARY TO THE WATER HEATER FUNCTIONING PROPERLY OR NOT!
