 + -1 moreWE CALLED METZLER THE SAME WEEKEND AS THE 'BIG' RAIN, WHEN THEY WERE REALLY BUSY. EVEN THOUGH WE WEREN'T AN EMERGENCY, THEY GOT TO US QUICKLY, WERE FAIRLY PRICED, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY OPENED A DRAIN FOR US. BECAUSE MY FIANCE HAD WORKED ON THE DRAIN AND ALMOST HAD FIXED IT, THEY CHARGED US A MINIMUM TRIP FEE INSTEAD OF THE STANDARD DRAIN OPENING FEE, WHICH I THOUGH WAS MORE THAN FAIR.

 + -1 moreMETZLER WAS HIRED AS A SUBCONTRACTOR ON ANOTHER JOB. THE WATER HEATER HAD TO BE MOVED, AND I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE IT. THE PLUMBER MADE SEVERAL SALES PITCHES FOR EXTRAS WHICH I TURNED DOWN. THEIR PRICE WAS HIGH, AND THE COMPANY THAT HIRED THEM AS A SUB ACTUALLY REIMBURSED SOME OF MY COST FOR THE HEATER!
