PLUMBER (GEORGE) CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD ARRIVE AT 10:30AM. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME. ASSESSED SITUATION AND QUOTED ME THE PRICE. FIXED A DEEP CLOG WITHIN 30 MINUTES. CLEANED UP WELL AND GAVE ME A FEW TIPS ON MY PLUMBING SYSTEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION AND I WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

 + 0 moreI CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I FIRST CALLED PAUL SMITH WHO SAID THEY COULD NOT COME OUT THAT DAY. I CALLED METZLER AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN 30 MINUTES, CONTROLLED THE LEAK. THEY SPECIAL ORDERED OUR HEATER AND HAD IT INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, AND FRIENDLY. THEY FOUND OUT THE HEATER ($2000.00) WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND TOOK CARE OF GETTING US THE HEATER FOR NO COST. WE STILL HAD TO PAY LABOR AND THE EXTRA THINGS THEY DID. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A MAJOR WATER HEATER LEAK. THEY REMOVED AND REPLACED A 75 GAL POWER VENT WATER HEATER, INSTALLED A DRAIN PAN, REPLACED A BALL VALVE, PUT IN A PRESSURE-REDUCING VALVE ON OUR MAIN WATER LINE, AND WE PURCHASED THE 10 YEAR INSURANCE WARRANTY.

THEY WERE 45 MINUTES LATE, BUT CONFIRMED AGAIN ON ARRIVAL THAT THERE WAS STILL ENOUGH TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE. RESETTING THE TOILET WENT SMOOTHLY, BUT THE SUPERVISING PLUMBER HAD HIS NEW ASSISTANT INSTALL THE WATER LINE FOR THE OUTSIDE FAUCET, AND IT LEAKED. THEY ENDED UP HAVING TO RE-DO THE WORK, AND I ENDED UP BEING 1/2 HOUR LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT. THE SUPERVISOR ACKNOWLEDGED THAT, BECAUSE OF MY TIME CONSTRAINTS, IT WASN'T A GOOD IDEA TO LET HIS ASSISTANT DO THE JOB ALONE. I AGREE. IT'S FINE TO LET SOMEONE LEARN BY DOING, BUT NOT WHEN THEY KNEW I HAD TO LEAVE. THEY ALSO QUOTED ME $70 TO ''REBUILD'' THE TOILET THEY HAD RESET; WE AGREED ON $50.
