This is a process that went on for several months due to the amount of work that had to be accomplished. For the most part, Renea and her crew were pretty efficient, although at times she did have to be reminded to go back and make sure things were taken to storage. And occasionally, she would cancel going over to work at the last minute, and would reschedule for a later time. Unfortunately, if I had to mark her company down for anything, it would be the reliability factor, although once there, they work efficiently, fairly quietly and do get a lot accomplished. They even go above and beyond by hauling things to a trash facility or recycle area in lieu of me having to drag it to the curb for normal trash pick-up or take the recycled items myself.

I found this service, and Renea in particular, to be unreliable, as was the quality of her work. She came to my house three times before I discontinued her service. Each time, she called me with an excuse for why she had to change the time or day that we had agreed upon. After he last visit I came home to the kitchen chairs turned up on the table, and no other evidence that she cleaned. I expressed my displeasure to her, and requested that she not come back.

RENEA'S FAST, EFFICIENT, FAIR, TRUSTWORTHY, A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN THE HOUSE, IS NOT CHATTY (A PLUS WHEN YOU WORK FROM HOME), AND DOES A GREAT JOB. AFTER THE LAST EXPERIENCE. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. BEST OF ALL: SHE'S SOCIALLY NORMAL. NEXT WE'LL HIRE HER HUSBAND TO DO THE WINDOWS.

RENEA AND HER HUSBAND CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT, ARRIVED PROMPTLY, PERFORMED THE SERVICE VERY WELL. I WAS SO PLEASED THAT I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
