It went very smoothly. The only complaint I have is that the charge of $101.47 ($116.47 minus the $15 coupon) seemed very steep to me. I provided the part, and Gary was only there around 15-20 minutes.

My refrigerator and freezer were not staying as cool as they should.I called and they had a repair man out the following day. The person answering the phone was very thorough and polite. I hope they pay her a lot, she's worth it.He was able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes and since he didn't have the replacement part on him, he defrosted the refrigerator so it would stay cool until they did get the part the following day. He worked with me on scheduling a time the following day and personally took care of scheduling himself to come out and install it.I was more than happy. The price was a little steep, but you get what you pay for... right?

I was happy with the services performed. Unfortunately the dishwasher repair would cost as much as a new one, so I did not ask to proceed with the repair. The technician was honest about the oven, and made a small adjustment that allowed the door to close better.

The diswasher problem was corrected in no time with a new sensor, and the Weber Grill's automatic sparker now works like a charm! It was all repaired within a thirty minute period!

The service man was available earlier than anticipated. He arrived promptly after calling first. He looked at old washing machine and determined I would be better off purchasing a new machine. He gave me tips on what to look for when purchasing a new washing machine, which I really appreciated. I paid the service call fee. I would use them again for appliance repair.

Called Mr. Appliance on Monday and got an appointment first thing Tuesday morning. I chose Mr. Appliance for 2 reasons - first, they had such high ratings on this site, and second, they're located in the Irvington area, and I like to support local busiensses. Melissa, who assisted me in making the appointment, was very personable and explained exactly what I could expect from my visit from their technician. My appointment time range was 8-9:30, and Sean Robinson arrived at exactly 8 a.m., after calling me about 10 minutes in advance, as promised. He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes as a bad igniter. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, and was able to provide an exact quote and perform the repair in the same appointment, so I didn't have to schedule a second appointment. Sean was very polite and businesslike, which I appreciate. I am very pleased with the work, the timeliness, and the outcome, and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family in the future.

I started having issues with our refrigerator freezer. All my food in the refrigerator was freezing. I called our normal appliance company who was unable to help us at the time. Mr. Appliance was on time, performed the correct service and all have been well since.

He did a great job. He was professional and friendly.

The service man was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very well and did a good job on the repair. I understood everything involved. And most importantly, he fixed it right.

The appliances I needed fixed were under warranty. I tried to get another company to come out and fix it but they did not want to do the work since it was under warranty and wouldn't cost anything. Mr. Appliance had no problem coming back out and getting the work done for me. I really appreciated the service.

The oven part of our stove has not worked for almost a year. We had just bought this appliance 3 years ago and the warranty had just ended when it stopped working. Mr. Appliance contacted us very quickly, and set up the appointment. He met with my husband and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. The sensor had gone out in the stove. He told my husband that the initial $69 cost for him to come out and figure out what was wrong would be taken off of the total, which was nice. I only gave a fair for price because I still thought it seemed like a lot for the price, that being said we had homemade pizza for dinner in our fixed oven. Our kids were very happy, and so am I. I have had to figure out how to make good meals in a small convectional microwave, and top burners on the stove for 7 people for a year..it has not been easy. So thank you Mr. Appliance, I will finally be able to make Easter dinner again.

He came, he fixed it, he left... and I smiled!

Mr. Appliance made two trips to our house, one for the diagnosis and one for the repair. Representatives showed up both times on time. The fan had quit working which caused the compressor to burn out. Mr. Appliance did all of the leg work to check to see which parts were covered by warranty. They ordered the parts and repaired our refrigerator a few days later. The cost of the original bill for the diagnosis was taken off of our second bill for repair. The serviceman were polite. I would use again for future repairs.

Gary Miller and Sean Robinson came and were on time. Price was as agreed. Work was done in a clean and efficient manner.

I called the company to set up appointment. The office people were professional and courteous. They set up an appointment (they give you a block of time. The technician called before the arranged time to let me know he could arrive earlier if convenient for me. He arrived early, reviewed the problem and determined that a repair would not be possible since compressor needed to be replaced. He gave me options, and I elected to have the compressor replaced since the refridgerator was not that old and in good condition. He gave me the price and explained the time involved in doing the replacement. They had to order the part and they called me the next work day to set a time for the installation. When I called to set up the appointment the office staff reiterated the aprox length of time to make the installation. The same technician arrived (again he called and was able to be there ahead of the scheduled time. He completed the work and checked to make sure it was operating properly. Left everything as he found it. I would definately contact and use this company again

My washing machine stopped working mid cycle. It was filled with water and clothes and it wasn't making any progress to complete the wash. The machine smelled like a burnt motor but I wasn't sure. I found Mr. Appliance on Angie's List and they answered the phone in first ring. They had a repair out to my house within the hour! Sean did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and talked about the different options to repair it. It turns out a baby sock had gotten in over the level of water and jammed the motor, ruining it. I decided to buy a new washer instead of replacing the motor. Sean then took the time to talk to me about the new machines out there and what would be the best options for my family. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

Serviceman was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked freezer for low refrigerant.Found that leak was internal where he couldn't access. I didn't think the cost of fixing leak was worth the chance it may not last. Very professional and courteous and would use them again.

It was a very good experience all together. A young man came and fixed the problem quickly. He was very polite and offered to put stuff back in the freezer the way that I wanted it.

It went fairly well. The tech was about 20 minutes late for the appointment, but had called about 5 minutes before the appointment to let me know when to expect him. He came in, he found the problem, and he had the part on his "truck" and he fixed it. It was a generally good experience. I would recomend that others consider using this company.

I was happy with the service, politeness and knowledge of the service provider.

Work was completed as requested. No issues. Personable, professional technician. Would call again.

Have had Mr. Appliance come about 5 months ago to fix my refrigerator. Sean did an excellent job with fixing that problem. About a week ago another problem arose and being very satisfied with my experience, I called them again. Sean spent a long time trying to repair the problem, but unfortunately it was more serious and would require another repair visit and maybe could be fixed and maybe not. Sean said he could most likely fix it, but it would run into a lot of time and money. I asked him for his honest opinion and he stated that I should really consider getting a new refrigerator. I appreciated his honesty with me, how he educated me about the problem with the appliance as he went along with the repair attempt, and how professional he is. I was charged only the service fee. Sean kept saying he was sorry for not being able to fix it....but I assured him that I appreciated his attempt and felt he did all that he could. I would recommend Mr. Appliance anytime and would call them again without hesitation.

We had to pull out the oven because the manufacturer did not leave enough extra wire to pull thru to connect new element. Troy did a great job and was very patient and clean. This company actually acted like they wanted our business from the get go and I would recommend them to anyone. The receptionist was excellent on the phone and was very professional.

They were punctual. They did the job in less time than they had estimated.

I called Mr. Appliance on Monday afternoon and asked for a early morning appointment. The first available was on Wednesday from 8 to 9:30 AM. This was fine with me, as my wife would be available for the technician. As it turned out, I was home sick with a cold that day. The company called about 7:45 to let us know that the technician would be here between 8:05 and 8:15. The technician arrived about 8:10. He pulled the dryer out and diagnosed the problem within about 5 minutes. Since I had previously given the Model and Serial Numbers to the company when I made the appointment, he already had this information on his handheld device. He quoted a fair price for the repair and I authorized him to complete the work. He had the dryer running within 15 - 20 minutes of arrival. He told me that our Kenmore Dryer is a workhorse and that it should last at least another 5-years (we purchased it in 1995). I am very pleased with the work and cleanup afterwards. I will be calling Mr. Appliance again, should the need arise.
