Morales Roofing, LLC

Before I contacted Morales Roofing, I called to see if they could repair or replace a Tar/Gravel roof and I was told they could. When Jeff arrived, we were impressed with his demeanor and he was very helpful with suggestions on the roof repair. In regard to the other things to be done, he assured us that they did everything. He talked to us at length, promised he would email a quote by the end of the following day. That was on a Tuesday. On Thursday, we made a follow-up call and he said he had to meet with his boss (Mr. Morales) and he would be getting an email quote to us by Friday morning. Late Friday afternoon, after a failed attempt to reach him by phone, we called Mr. Morales, who put Jeff on the phone. Without mentioning the promised quote, he said they were several months behind so maybe we should find another contractor. I am guessing they did not want the job, but they could at least have called us to say so, in fact, they never initiated contact with us. We were very disappointed, because Jeff seemed so enthusiastic to get a quote to us, then nothing more from him. Very poor customer service.
