Scott and his assistant showed up on time and went right to work. While his assistant replaced the fill valve and unclogged the toilet, Scott investigated the dishwasher issue. He determined the dishwasher issue wasn't a plumbing issue, but a pump on the dishwasher that wasn't working. Once he determined the problem, he contacted an associate who fixes dishwashers. The other company came out a few hours later!

We ALWAYS have a great experience with Scott. He's dependable, and does an excellent job, comes in at quote, and does his best to accommodate ours and his schedules to do the work when it is convenient for both of us.
