SOME MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT DETAILS INCLUDING AMOUNT OF OVERHANG. NEGOTIATED SOLUTION WHERE WE PAID HALF THE COST TO FIX. STILL MISSED SOME DETAILS. HE SAID HE WOULD FIX. QUALITY OF WORK OK BUT NOT FINE CRAFTSMANSHIP AND DID NOT ADEQUATELY RESEARCH REQUIREMENTS FOR WEATHER TIGHT CONSTRUCTION ON RUBBER ROOFS. POST WAS CUT INTO PLYWOOD, RUBBER WAS CUT AROUND IT THEN CAULKED W/WIDE GAPS. CAULKING NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SEALING ON RUBBER ROOF.
