He helped me to fix the other side of the house that I rent. He bought new light fixtures and installed them. He fixed the screen doors instead of telling me to get new ones. I would use him again if I have any other jobs to do.

It was a disaster. Mike's assistant accompanied him for the estimate impressing us with the company's conscientiousness. It was the lowest quote and they were able to start immediately. We paid $450 up front for supplies. By the time the 3-person crew left we had inoperable front and storm doors with workmanship that looked like a break-in occurred, a partially rinsed deck after hours of "power washing", a kitchen sink with no grout and work areas left strewn with tools and equipment! Members of the crew came and left throughout the day and then quit at 4:00. We called Mike and asked them not to come back and tried to settle up by returning supplies. We received a check from Mike but ended up short about $90. Mike did not return further calls. Since then we have hired a locksmith to repair the door for $255 and another handyman to paint it, grout the sink, and "powerwash" (in 1/2 a day). Mike D and his crew seemed like nice people but beset by health problems and disorganization.

Mike came to the house and gave an estimate to cut a hole in the garage wall in order to access a storage area under a stairwell. The job was completed in a short time and was very satisfactorily done. He was very courteous and professional. Would definitely use him again.

He's very personable, he will do anything for you, responds and calls if he will be late. We've used him several times and have nothing but good to say about him! his price is very reasonable as well. He always explains what he is doing and why.

MIKE CAME WITH HIS SON AND THEY WERE BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL TO ME. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN FOR HELP IF NEEDED.

MIKE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS READY TO START THE JOB VERY QUICKLY. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF DELAYS, DUE TO THE WEATHER. COMMUNICATION WASN'T ALWAYS GREAT, BUT THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE CAN'T BE BEAT.
