I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were excellent. They ended up having to do two furnaces so they applied one of my coupons. I think I paid a total of somewhere between $800-$1,000. I am really happy with their service. They were very courteous and conscientious. The price was fine.

Midwest Air Solutions did a great job! We bought this service through Angie's Big Deals and the company was very prompt in contacting us to set up the service. The technician was very polite and explained exactly how the process was done and how he would complete it. He offered a duct sanitizer for an additional price, which I had him do. Our house had never had the air ducts cleaned and it was astounding what was vacuumed out. He was very thorough and I felt comfortable with him to leave the house to pick up my kids from school. This was our first purchase through Angie's Big Deal and we had a great service done for a great price.

Simon was here on time and was extremely nice about working around my animals.   No small task, since I am involved in rescue and at the time had 6 in the house.  
He explained what he was doing and why, because it was a different process than when I had it done years ago. 
 He found a problem with my dryer vent and fixed it.  
I have recommended them to all of my family.

They arrived right on time.  The young man was very professional and courteous.  He worked quietly and quickly and cleaned the ducts.

Simon did an outstanding job, was very prompt, professional, nice, worked hard and was very friendly.

The office was super flexible and rescheduled us four times to get it on the date we wanted and not during one of the kids nap times.  Very nice to work with.
My husband met them at the house.  He reports that they were punctional and professional.  The service person showed D the results of the cleaning (we belive the house had never had the vents cleaned, built in '57) and recommended a santization.  As we have one child with allergies and pets, we went for it.  I espically liked that the representative showed my husband the results of the cleaning as we mostly like would not have checked.
The Big Deal was for $75 and the sanitization was an additional $45.  Well worth every penny!

Simon and Jake were very professional. They explained what they were going to do and proceeded to hook up a huge vacuum to the intakes at the furnace/ AC unit in the basement. They cleaned every vent and also explained how to keep the vents, ducts clean going forward. Great job. Would recommend to anyone.

They were late and did not call ahead to let us know.  So that's why I gave them a B on punctuality.  I had to search them down to find out if they were still coming.  They were about 20-30 min late.
Otherwise the actual job was very good for the price.  I've seen the same thing cost about $400 from other providers, thus why I jumped at the chance to get it for $175 from this provider.

They called a half an hour before they came and were in an our in a little over an hour. Now I can breathe better. My vents were filled with dust etc.

It went great!  The scheduling was easy and prompt.  They called before showing up.  They didn't try and over sell extra add ons, but did provide options to consider.  They were very professional and explained the job before and after their completed service.  I highly recommend them!  They did a great job!  I appreciate their work!

They brought a HUGE vacuum cleaner and attached it to the duct work in the basement. Then used a compressed air tool to knock loose dust and debris into the section of ducts they were treated.
They attempted to upsell for three things: duct "sanitizing" using a phenol compound ($40), dryer duct cleaning, and cleaning the blower on the furnace ($100). I agreed to the sanitizing but really, who knows how well it works?
Overall, very happy.
Total time was 2 hours.

They did a very good job. The registers in our house were painted on the inside. Some of the paint was blowing back out. It actually ended up resolving itself. I don't know that that was a big issue. I had to do clean up that I wasn't expecting to do.

We were very pleased with the entire process when dealing with This company. They gave us two courtesy calls the day of to let us know when they would be coming and a follow up to say they were on their way. The technician was very polite and explained what all he was doing. It took a little under 2 hours from start to finish. We opted to add the sanitizing treatment and are happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company if you need to get your air ducts cleaned.

The technician came out to clean the air ducts in my rental property in Terre Haute. They don't normally service this area, but made an exception since I was willing to pay a fuel surcharge. The business owner performed the work and did a good job explaining what he was doing and why. He also recommended tips to keep the ducts clean thereafter. Trustworthy, up front operation. The process was very easy.

I purchased either a Living Social or Groupon with this company to have our air ducts in our home cleaned. So the price paid was a special rate.
The owner, Travis, was very outgoing,arrived on time, professional and detail oriented. Both Travis and his associate listened to my concerns. I knew within the first couple of minutes that this was going to be a professional job, unlike the past experiences with air duct cleaners; and at the end of the process I was right. In the past the air duct personal would be a the home home a total of 40 minutes and gone. Two hours later, Travis and his associate were leaving, showing me the amount of dust removed.

The experience with them went very well. As far as quality, they came in and took care of things quickly. They got out after.

Midwest had the entire system mounted in their truck, and used a furnace sized vacuum to clean the ducts in a concrete slab.  The entire process took only 45 minutes.
  My new bride had been complaining about dust and other irritants in the air.  Angie's had a deal for $40, which normally would be 10X that amount to clean the air ducts.  We also elected for the mold treatment.  The house smells much cleaner, and with the help of a quality furnace filter the amount of dust in the house has been greatly reduced.  We are very satisfied with the quality of their work.

Very easy to schedule with, arrived at the agreed upon time, and efficiently performed the services requested.  They were very professional and courteous.  We are very satisfied with the work they performed.
