Sale went fine. Very impressed they only charged $35 to deliver. Great selection was the reason for shopping there. Staff was very helpful.

Went in to re-order living room furniture. I told the sales lady that I found something similar that I liked at another store but because of our experience in the past of ordering furniture we never got to see or try out I wanted to see the furniture in person this time. She showed us a sofa that she said was the exact style, size and maker as the one we seen at the other store. I asked about purchasing the one that she showed us because then we would know for sure what we were getting but she said " oh no, you don't want this one because the cover will fade and will not wear well". We then looked through fabrics then ordered the furniture. The price ended up being nearly $1000 more then the one that we had cancelled but even though we really couldn't afford to pay that much I was told that the quality of the furniture would be well worth the price. When the furniture arrived I could tell immediately that it was nothing like the one that we sat on in the store! It was a lot smaller! I called immediately but they said that it was what we ordered. I decided just to go up to the store and look at the sofa on the floor which was our example once again and it was not like what we got, I told her and she said "oh well we didn't order the same style just one similar to it! REALLY! AGAIN! So we spent $2300.00 which is the most that we EVER spent on a couch and love seat and we hate it! And they refuse todo anything about it! I will NEVER shop at this store again!

I purchased the furniture from them and they came out and fixed it for nothing. My husband bought a media center and he dropped it and they came out and fixed it for $20. Their price was reasonable and they were $200 cheaper than the companies I found online. I even went back and bought a bedroom set from them.

They are wonderful and have been around for 20 years.  The sales people are very nice.  I got a great deal- I spent less than $600 for queen size matress, box spring, and a frame.  They also have free delivery.

I thought the price was great and I had delivery on it as soon as I was available for them. They were very professional in the store and helpful, without hanging over my shoulder. I had a very positive experience with them!

Needing some new furniture for my new home, I stopped by Martin Furniture on the recommendation of a friend. Martin Furniture has price tags on all of their furniture and the price customers pay is 50% of the marked price. I selected a bedroom set (headboard, two dressers, and a night stand) and noticed a nice dining room table while my order was being written up. I asked about the price on the table and chairs, and was quite pleased. Misty said they only had two chairs in stock which matched to table, but could order two more. I asked for an estimated delivery date on the ordered chairs and was told 4 to 6 weeks...(they came in three weeks). When writing up the order on the table, they knocked off 10% for my inconvenience of having to wait on two chairs. Their promised delivery date was accurate and the driver even called before he left the store. Two weeks later I went into the store and purchased two living room lamps. Again I was treated very well.

They were GREAT! The Ashley brand table and chairs were over 25% cheaper than going to the Ashley store direct, plus they had free delivery. The desk came on one delivery, perfect shape, and the table and chairs came on a different delivery a few weeks later. They were already put together and level. They were all very nice and great to deal with. I will definitely use them again.

I PAID A DOWN PAYMENT OF $117 ON FRIDAY IN THE STORE. THEY LEFT ME A MESSAGE SAYING THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND THE PRICE SHOULD'VE BEEN $450, BUT THAT THEY'D GIVE ME A BREAK AT $399 WHICH AFTER TAX WOULD BE CLOSE TO $425. THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING THE PURCHASE WHICH I DID AND THEN SAID THEY WOULD EITHER CHARGE ME THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT IF I PROCEEDED WITH THE ORDER OR CREDIT ME BACK THE $117 THAT I PAID FOR. AFTER AGREEING ON THE PRICE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY THAN WHAT THEY AGREED ON. I'M BEGINNING TO WONDER IF THEY'VE DONE THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE WHICH IS WHY I SIGNED FOR ANGIE'S LIST. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE.
