Owner Dan Collester gave me a quote over the phone, showed up on the date and time he said he would. Dan came out and did the bee removal himself. I really thought the location of the bees within the structure of my house would require removal of the soffit. Dan was able to treat the area without removal of the soffit. Within 24 hrs, no more bees. This was a large hive that was causing safety issues to my family and pets. Dan even inspected the entire perimeter of my home and knocked down another startup hive at no additional cost. I couldn't be happier with the results!!

We were having a problem with ants in our laundry room and I called Mahogany Flats after finding them on Yelp. Dan was extremely courteous and flexible, he was able to come out the next day. He took the time to explain to everything he was doing and the products he was using to treat the area- the ants were gone in no time. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
