Description of Work: Originally called to fix what I thought was a big plumbing problem that would require opening the wall to get to the vent stack for a toilet. After Mel looked at it he determined that all that was required was to change the water fill valve and float stack in the toilet. A vastly easier, less disruptive, and less expensive fix!! He sent his plumber out the next day and it was fixed in about an hot. We have been very happy with the repair. We can now use our basement bathroom again!
