ORDERED PORTER PAINT. AFTER A YEAR OF PAINTING, HOUSE BEGAN TO PEEL. PAINT REPRESENTATIVE SAID PORTER PAINT WASN'T USED. HAD TO CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER PAINTER TO RE-PAINT.
