Thank you for the help getting my truck all fixed up. It is nice having a place that you can rely on to give you honest quality work on a vehicle. The repairs were done fast and it was nice to be able to be able to work remotely while I was there. I will definitely be coming back next time I need any work done.

This could not have gone any better.  Dave and his folks made sure that everything was perfect.  With all the work I was having done the appointment ran over during the lunch period - Dave and his folks didn't take a lunch break but Dave loaned me his personal car so I could go down the street to get some lunch.  He has open internet available in the waiting area so you can use your laptop to get some work done while waiting.  The only glitch was that the custom floor mats had not come in when I brought the truck in - I live about 25 miles from the shop in Hancock County and Dave had one of his people deliver the mats to my home the next day - that is outstanding customer service.  Dave invites you to come into the shop and watch what they are doing.  When installing my Swiss Cap they ran an extra wire directly from the battery to the back of the truck so that I can have 12volt power in the back.  When I get my next truck I will be back seeing them again!!

I made an initial appointment for the work to occur on a Friday.  A material delivery issue that caused me to reschedule for the following Tuesday.  I dropped the car off that Tuesday around noon.  They realized they were running a bit behind schedule and provided me a loaner truck.  When they finished around 7:30pm, they drove near my home to deliver my truck in exchange for their loaner vehicle.  They were professional and seemed to do a good job.  I would certainly use them again.

Excellent work - VERY fast. I showed up at 9am and they were done by 10:10am. Not careless fast, experienced fast! The bedliner looks great. Pricey, but you cannot beat the quality.

Very favorable. I called once and spoke with a gentleman about what I needed and he expained their procedure and the cost. I later stopped by their showroom to see a sample of their bedliners and set up an appointment. Their staff was very pleasant and informative.
