Great! I will use these guys over and over again. I had them look at 2 shutoff valves that wouldn't shutoff anymore for a basement bathroom. While they were there they we also able to fix a sump pump that another plumber stated needed to be replaced saving me $1,000+. They were kind and easy to work with.

This company did a great job. Our repairman, Mark was awesome and we would request him personally if we ever need to use this companies services again. This was an urgent repair and when we initially called they arrived to our home within an hour. They confirmed the problem and were out the very next day to complete the repair. This company very helpful and professional. Cost very reasonable as well. Special thanks to Jennifer, as well, she was so friendly and vey helpful. This company has gained a new customer for life!

Had them install a water heater 11/2016. Just found that they had damaged it prior to installation but installed it anyway without informing me. I wrote to them about it and here is their reply: Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your water heater installation. I have reviewed your picture and your invoice history as well. Water heater installation can be quite an adventure. Getting them loaded and unloaded on our vehicles, dragging them upstairs or holding on for dear life as we go downstairs. Squeezing them around corners in homes and into tight little closets all without damaging the door trims, carpet or walls. On many occasions the water heater jackets get scratched or dented in the process. Sometimes they even come out of the box with a dent or imperfection on the jacket. In almost all cases the issue is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the water heater or the warranty. The jacket of the water heater performs the task of holding insulation in place and providing a bit of “clothing” on what would otherwise be an ugly black steel tank. Our technician should have brought this to your attention and explained what I have explained above. For that I apologize. However, I can assure you that in no way is your water heater compromised nor will it’s warranty or performance be lessened in anyway. Once again, thank you for contacting us and for your business. (317)927-7186 Seems they routinely damage their products prior to installation from the way the assistant manager so cavalierly explained how commonplace it was. What if it were a stove or TV that I had purchased? Would it still be expected that I simply accept their damaged goods with no recourse? I'll let you decide if this is the type of treatment you want when selecting a plumber.

Workman worked nonstop til drain was open and clear.

It was very helpful and got it all done and charged a very reasonable fee. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He explained everything he had to do and about my piping. Shawn was very helpful. I was impressed because they sent someone out the very day I called!

He had to put some work in it but he conquered. He also connected the new hoses without me asking. He was very nice and pleasant to speak with. 85

It was great service! I had contacted three plumbers and Justin (I think his name was) showed up at the scheduled time, told me the exact time it would take, gave me two options based on fix and price, and cleaned up afterwards. He also even took some time to look at my washer and then move it into my garage for me to make it easier to remove.

They did a stellar job in both instances. Furthermore, unlike Hope Plumbing (yes, I am calling them out for being poor here), their pricing was very solid (as opposed to the joke that was Hope Plumbing) and they completed the job with *no* delays. Extremely responsive and solid problem solvers. Saved five figures. Will use them exclusively on my properties.

For what he did it was fine, but grossly overpriced had I had him install the dishwasher. I called several smaller plumbers later and they quoted under $100 for the same job.

I was very impressed with all aspects of this company. I had three quotes on the job and they were significantly more cost effective. Were very professional the through the entire process. I will use LD Smith anytime I need plumbing work in the future.

They repaired a clogged sink and a leaky sink. The service tech was nice and got the inside tasks done in hardly any time. The outside drain was not able to be completed to our satisfaction; they tried two different snakes to unclog the drain without any luck. They broke part of the drain cover in the process and we are still trying to get the right size part from them...

This is a combined review for when LD Smith replaced my toilet a few months ago and the plumbing work that they did for me today for my new sink. Lance was the one who came out to replace my toilet and Mark was the one who came out today. They are absolutely wonderful to work with, extremely responsive, on time, professional, honest and just did quality work which they back up with a one year warranty. Both times they exceeded my expectations and I will continue to call them whenever i need some plumbing work done.

closing on a forclosed house and needed plumbing taken care of because I was moving in.  I schedule them to come out a week in advance.  I moved into the home and they did not show for the time that was agreed upon.  When I called them the person who answered the phone said she must have of forgotten to schedule it but she had a record of talking to me.  She said that there was nothing they could do that day and said she would see about scheduling another day.  Gratefully my stepdad was able to get the toilet working since I had already moved in.  The person on the phone was not apologetic, I declined them coming another day and found a different plumber that I am very happy with.  I asked to have the owner call, but never received a call.
