LCS was easy to get in touch with and the technician that came out was on time. He called about 40 minutes ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. Furnace cleaning and check took around an hour and came back with a clean bill of health. Tech was friendly and was surprised how clean the inside of the furnace was considering its age. I would call them again for HVAC service or repair.

Outstanding, I will use him for any future problems. -I called and spoke with Travis this morning. I had just received a very high estimate for repairing my air conditioner and wanted a second opinion. He said he would be glad to come out and look at my air conditioner as soon as he finished with another repair. He got here at 1:30. He explained the problems and made excellent recommendations. He made a call to find out if a part was still under the orginal warranty. He suggested that my most affordable plan would be to talk to the people who had sold me the air conditioner. He offered to answer any questions I had and told me what to expect in terms of costs (much less than the orginal estimate from a highly rated Angie's List company).

They were fantastic. I have 2 little girls 3 and 5 who loved the crew. Couldn't be happier.

We recently bought a house, who knew how much fun that would be! LCS were recommended by a friend, so naturally I was expecting good service. What I got and keep getting is Exceptional service. They maintain my HVAC unit, installed new smart thermostat so I am now actually using the full potential of my furnace. A few weeks back my water heater started leaking, and not knowing any plumbers I called LCS for a referral. Who knew they actually do water heaters too! I was in luck, prompt scheduling as usual and they were in and out with a new size upgrade 50 gal Bedford White, at a great price too. I wish they did everything else around the house, so that I can always call them. Rene, Travis and the rest of their staff are just a pleasure to work with and I cant recommend them enough.

The experience was excellent. They are top notch. They came out in a bad snowstorm when no one else would come that we called. It was very slick and they were saying not to drive and he made that effort because they were without heat. They did a great job. The furnace was so old that the owner came out after one of his people had been here and he didn't charge me any extra. He was very courteous and he cleaned up his mess.

I had absolute confidence in everything he told me and in all the work he performed. It was obvious that he was honest, professional, and an expert in what he did. I don't want a sales pitch, or any other BS, and that's not what this company is about. I like the way they run their business. It's nice to finally find a company that will be honest with you and that you wanna stick with long term. Long story short, I am happy about two things: 1. The duct issue is fixed. 2. LCS is the company I will call for any HVAC issues, whether it's for this house, or a rental property.

Quality and price are very important to me as a consumer. I have used LCD heating and cooling for over two and half years now, and I am so pleased with their work ethic, the quality of their work, and the promptness with which they respond to my calls. They are in excellent company with high integrity. They Have done work on my furnace and air conditioner, and have replaced both of those units at my mother-in-law's home. Wonderful people,excellent work! And all for a very reasonable price, too.

The owner was very nice, charged a very competitive rate, and did an excellent job. Furthermore, he explained the work thoroughly and returned at a later date to make sure the work was done correctly and that we were happy.

I had another company come out to service my unit about a month prior to LCS coming out. They told me at the time that my compressor unit was pretty much on life support, and I'd need to replace the system soon. Sure enough, my air quit working a few weeks after. Nobody really wants to shell out that much money to replace a unit, so I called LCS to get a second opinion based on their good reviews online. Travis was very responsive to my phone calls, and he was able to get out the next day to take a look at the unit. He came out personally because I told them we might need a new unit based on the opinion of the previous company. He took a look at my unit and quickly came up with a possible problem that would be an easy and relatively cheap fix. He tested a part, one that the previous company hadn't bothered to even mention, and found that the part had gone bad. He replaced the part on the spot, and instead of paying $3-4k for a new unit, I paid under $200. I can't tell you how extremely grateful I am because I'm planning a wedding and need every penny I can get! I had a bit of trouble after he fixed the part because my house still wasn't cooling down properly. He dropped by my house when I was at work and took a look at it for me just to be sure the unit was working the way it should. I came back home, and the house was cool again. If you're looking for an honest company with genuinely nice people, you should call LCS. I'll definitely be calling him again if we have any issues in the future.

I purchased a home which needed pipe extensions added to the furnace vents and the furnace, air conditioner and gas fire place serviced. I called LCS both because of Angie's List recommendations and because they are a Goodman furnace representative. On the appointed day, they arrived on time, but that very morning I discovered that my well pump had apparently quit running. Travis of LCS volunteered to look at the pump, but unfortunately he couldn't fix it (and I later had to replace it). Travis also gave me the name of an electrician that he trusts and respects. Since I had no water and since LCS needed water to do the maintenance on both the furnace and air conditioner, they left with the understanding that I would call them when the water was again flowing. It took a couple of weeks to get the well pump replaced, but when I again called LCS they were able to return quickly to do the service work. While servicing the equipment, they explained to me how to use and maintain the equipment, especially the gas fireplace, which I have never used before. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called Travis on Tuesday evening around 6pm. He was driving and said he would call when he got home and had his calendar in front of him. He called me back around 6:30. I told him how my house was very hot and the A/C was still running, yet no cold air was coming out. He told me that he was busy in the morning but would be able to make it there by 4-4:30 the next day. I gave him my wife's # as she would be home all the next day. I got home from work about 5:45 and we hadn't heard anything from them. We both left a couple messages on the 2 numbers listed on Angie's List. Around 6:30 we got a call explaining to us that Travis had phone problems yesterday and his calendar entry didn't sync with the service tech's phone. They said they would send the on call tech out from Avon (we are near Broad Ripple).. The tech got home around 7:30 and started working. He very quickly identified the problem and started cooling down the compressor with our hose. Once cooled, he replaced the capacitor and had it back up and running in 20 minutes. They offered us a discount on the service call for the inconvenience of the causing us to wait. Not a problem. The tech even offered us some tips to help prevent something like this from happening again. Our A/C is at least 35 years old made by Magic Chef. There's no doubt in my mind that some companies wouldn't have hesitated to tell me I needed to replace the entire HVAC unit and charged me $3,000. Even though they were a little late, the overall experience with them was great, and I will definitely call them when my Magic Chef dies!

Everything went perfect, as expected. LCS Heating & Cooling was the first and only company I called when our air conditioning went out because my prior experience with them was so positive. Travis called me back very promptly, came out the same day, on time, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was professional and courteous, and did a great job explaining how the failing capacitor affected the rest of the heat pump. We discussed some unrelated issues we were having with our HVAC system, and again I was impressed by his knowledge and straightforward approach. He explained potential solutions without the typical HVAC company sales tactics. I'm really glad I found this company. I would strongly recommend LCS Heating & Cooling if you are considering a repair or new HVAC install.

There were a few bumps in the installation, but Travis and his crew worked all of these out. I am confident that Travis will stand behind his work and ensure that my heating and cooling needs are met per his recommendation. It was an all-day installation, with the need for further work a couple of evenings later, but in all of this, Travis was available to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction.
