It has been a very mild summer, but in mid August, our air conditioner stopped working and we were expecting out of town family visitors in the next week, so we made a call to LCS Heaing and Cooling. They were able to come out the next day. They found a wire that had burned out in the outdoor compressor. This had happened before, so I imagine we will someday need a replacement someday, but today it was a very inexpensive repair. It would have been so easy for the repairman to have just said it was time for a new system. Within a few minutes the repair was made and the cost was just the cost of a service call. Great company, honest repairs.

He was very punctual, called first, extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Travis has been my shining light in a very difficult time dealing with a home warranty company. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, professional, and friendly. I can not say enough good things about this company. He came out to my house after I had been given an estimate that I felt was not legitimate. He verified that the list of items I had been quoted for was not needed at all. He also verified that the diagnosis from the other company was incorrect. He was very quick and responsive dealing with the situation with falling temperatures. Other staff members were also friendly, and knowledgeable that helped install my unit today. They were respectful even wearing shoe protection within the house. This whole situation that I have been through has been a nightmare. I have been telling everyone that I just feel so happy that someone cared enough about me to argue on my behalf and try to get me what I deserved. I will be singing praises for a while, and will always use this company in the future. I recommend this company to any of my family and friends in need of help with an HVAC unit and want quality work done.

It has been three or so years since I used LCS. They kept my old system working past its prime. All in all, they were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have since replaced the unit and have it under a service contract with another company.

They are awesome people. They take care of the problems right. They treat you right and the prices are in line.

I have hot water heat and the upstairs heating outlets were not getting hot water due to an air bubble in the system. I can't explain the procedure but the end result is heat is back in the upstairs. Travis is great to work with, is knowledgeable about boilers, and always does a great job! He's taken care of my heating and cooling units for several years and I will always call him for maintenance and fixing problems in the future. I highly recommend his company.

We have used LCS before and they were they first ones we called when our thermostat started reading well below where it was set. Not only are they trustworthy (their goal is to fix problems rather than just sell new systems) but they are punctual, professional and on this occasion really went above and beyond. Jeff came out and spent several hours analyzing our heat issues and worked very hard to find a "fix" for our problem, rather than jumping into buying a complete new system. They even offered to come back late that night (8PM) after retrieving the needed part so we could have heat immediately. We truly appreciate their dedication to being honest with the customer and incredible work ethic. No doubt we will continue to use LCS for all our future HVAC needs. Thanks so much, guys!

The humidifier installation went smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. I find LCS efficient and trustworthy. They are also very nice people. If I have any questions or concerns they are very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Thoroughly checked everything. Turned out to be a dirty filter. Gave excellent advice. Able to come within about a hour of original call to office. Showed up promptly. Excellent workmanship. Will use again.

He adjusted some things and gave us a full update with advice and tips for maximizing our system. Today, when I woke up to 11 degrees below zero and 37 below wind-chill outside, I was grateful for our 68 degrees inside. I believe our regular maintenance program helps keep us comfortable in between appointments.

In all circumstances they are punctual, professional and reasonably priced. In fact the home office corrected a billing error (they accidentally overcharged) after THEY found the error and THEY brought it to my attention.

The service representative was outstanding. He knew right away what the issue was and repaired it. He gave us some tips. He was kind and very positive even after a very long day of work. That is fantastic customer service. We will be making this company our regular service company.

They did a cleaning and check up for the air conditioning unit. It went very well.

I was happy with what they did. I liked that he owned up to what was not done right the first time and made it right. He was on time and responsive to phone calls. He was upfront about the pricing.

The system was not working quite right about six months after the installment. They came out right away and fixed the issue, we have not had any problems since.

They were great to work with. When I have had minor things or needed an annual check up for my furnace I have called them back. They are always responsive and seem very knowledgable. The mini split has been working properly since the installment. They also had competitive pricing.

He was fine to work with. There was a mix up with the thermostat and he changed it quickly. He was cooperative, helpful and nice. He was very responsive to any calls we made or questions we had. We did not have any problems with the service. We liked the work he did and would recommend him to others.

At our house within 3 hours. We awoke to our house being 60 degrees in the middle of summer multiple times; however, at other times it worked fine. When he arrived, it was working fine, but he listened and was able to diagnose and fix the problem anyway.

I explained that we have been doing remodeling on this new home and suddenly my A/C has stopped blowing air and the line was frozen. He explained to me it was most likely the filter that needed cleaned/replaced. He said he didn't need to come out for this but he would if I really needed him to. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Travis could have came out and charged me for something so simple, but he acted as an incredible human being with the decency to not take advantage of me. I commend his actions and applaud this company. Should I need any heating or cooling services in the future, this will be my first call.

Went great. They were able to make it out the day that I called and at 5:30p (so I could be there after work.) Jeff was early, found the problem immediately and took care of it. Then cleaned the compressor and did the other maintenance work.
