Description of Work: Description Of Work: |If I could give LCS an A+++ I would! We have NEVER had such a pleasant experience with a HVAC company. Our last guy completely left us high and dry. We had three companies come to our home to access our situation and bid the job. Travis and his team were the most honest, knowledgable and trustworthy. They actually talked us out of doing work that wasn't needed and looked for ways to save us money. We LOVE our new furnace and finally have some comfort and quiet in our house!

Description of Work: I bought a one year service contract for both heating and A/C. This time they serviced the heating system. They will come back in the spring to do the A/C. It all went fine. I have used them before and they are very easy to work with.

Description of Work: My ac all the sudden went out this evening at 8pm when it was 90 degrees outside. From reading the great reviews of LCS, I decided to give them a try. Within 2 hours of calling, the owner was out and had my air fixed in about 10 minutes in the dark. Very nice, professional and an expert in the field. I will definitely be using and recommending them. I now know why they have great reviews.

 + -1 moreI spent $80. My air conditioner is a fairly new unit. There was nothing major to be done on it. They just cleaned the outside of it and replaced the filter. They are very thorough and reliable. I had a duct that had become detached and I called several people to fix it. One of them said it would take a longer time to fix it. Another called and set up another time to come back. LCS came out on New Year?s Eve to fix my furnace that had broken down. The temperature was about 10 degrees outside. They are very reliable and very responsive. I think they are an excellent company. I would recommend them to anybody. I will use this company in the future. They are my regular service providers.

 + -1 moreThe experience was excellent. We received an original estimate from another company to replace the Smart Valve and ignitor switch for $690.00. I called Travis on a Saturday and he was able to come out immediately. He went out of his way to pick up the the parts (which we did not need) and did not charge us for his time. Travis identified the issue as an ignitior switch only and fixed the problem. He saved us $600!!
Description of Work: Our furnace was not working and Travis diagnosed and installed a new ignitor switch.

 + -1 moreTravis was punctual (9 a.m. on the dot). He was very personal and took the time to show me what he was doing in terms of providing routine winter service to my furnace. He explained/showed me what to do first if my furnace were to stop working during the winter months first before giving him a call to come out.
Description of Work: Travis came out and provided routine winter service on my furnace. He washed parts in my sink, vacuumed and wiped out dust and debris and used dials and gauges to determine how well my furnace was operating. He also did troubleshooting to determine if any part of the furnace was going to go out during the course of the winter months.

Description of Work: Travis inspected our daughter's furnace: 20-year-old unit in a newly-purchased house. He found a crack in the heat exchanger and helped Kate submit a claim under her homeowner's warranty. She's very pleased to have a new higher-efficiency furnace that won't asphyxiate her this winter!

 + -1 moreTravis Lucas and Pete came to check out why our furnace was not working. Two other companies were recommending that our whole system needed to be replaced since it is 14 years old! Travis took one look at the system and recommended that the smart gas valve needed to be replaced to get the system up and running again (no need to replace the whole system). Travis saved us thousands of $$$!!! It is nice to deal with a person who is honest and will let you know exactly what needs to be done instead of trying to oversell you something that you do not currently need. I highly recommend LCS Heating & Cooling, LLC call Travis today if you want to deal with an honest service person. A+++++.
