Description of Work: Furnace stopped working. They fixed a faulty switch

Description of Work: Tech came in and looked at my system, found the problem, and fixed it. There was another issue that we talked about that would need to be fixed eventually but was not required at that moment. He gave me his pricing for fixing the non critical issue and advice on how to keep it going until I was ready to get it fixed. He was honest and upfront. A nice breath of fresh air.

Description of Work: After numerous repairs on a 12 year old system, I decided it was time to get a new system before the old one gave up. LCS made the previous repairs, did a great job. I got three bids for the new system, LCS was the lowest. One other bid was for the same equipment and LCS easily beat their price. To top it off, LCS knocked 1/2 off the last repair since we replaced the entire system.

Description of Work: I had an old giant converted coal burning furnace. They removed said monstrosity and put in state of art furnace and installed central air conditioner. I had used them on a previous home and will not go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs.

Description of Work: Furnace tune up. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Were straight forward in their assessment of the conditions that existed and offered remedies and honest opinions.

They are GREAT at what they do and never over charge for any unnecessary repairs that other Heating and cooling companies try to up sale you on. Description of Work: Furnace wasn't heating the house appropriately. Tested the furnace, changed filter, and readjusted vents. They came out the same day in the evening during a very cold spell, and I so much appreciated that.

Description of Work: Planning for a/c upgrade, very careful approach to old building remodeled for modern condo but lots of corners cut in original work.

Description of Work: We interviewed several HVAC companies for several components of a recent kitchen remodel. When first discussing a component of the project, we were very impressed with Travis' suggestions and appreciated his honesty. He helped us think of a cost effective solution to a problem that involved us actually not hiring him! He showed us how we could do the project ourselves. Other companies suggested other strategies that were several hundred dollars for the work. So, when we needed to add a gas line for a new cook top and move a vent due to a new floor plan, our first call was to LCS Heating. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we were pleased with the quote, quality of work and experience. We would definitely hire them again.
