Found him on Angie's List. He returned my call promptly, scheduled a timely inspection, called quickly with the estimate, and was able to do the work the following week. He showed up when he said he would and finished when he said. I definitely recommend him for this type of work. And I will use him again for other things as needed.

I called for an estimate and left a message with Larry. He called back the same day and we set a time to meet to determine the repairs needed. He was on time for the meeting and I received an estimate a couple days later. While the work was being done the work site was kept very clean. It took him a couple days to perform all needed repairs.

Came out and gave estimate. Took 1/2 down. Showed up on time for job, finished on time. Easy to schedule with. Did great job. Seemed honest and trustworthy. Will hire again for future work.

I called Mr. Shoffner on a Wednesday and he was able to give me an estimate that afternoon and had the work finished by that Friday. The quality of his work is great. He primed and caulked all his work so all I had to do was paint. I was very comfortable working with Mr. Shoffner and would most certainly hire him again.

He was timely, professional and charge a fair and reasonable price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

Larry showed up a few minutes early for his estimate, and inspected the entire exterior of the house. Within 4 days he called me with an estimate, and once I contacted him giving him the go ahead, he started work within days. He provided a written contract with details of what he would replace. Since it wasn't necessary for Larry to come into the house to do his work, we didn't have to coordinate times for him to work. He showed up when he said he would and worked hard the whole day. It took him about 3 1/2 days to complete the job. Larry even fixed one of our wood gates (a piece of wood was cut incorrectly and kept the gate from opening smoothly, not part of his job, but certainly appreciated!

Larry did a great job hanging very heavy mirrors in our bathroom. I needed the room done which he did even getting it done ahead of time.

Tree roots caused unanticipated difficulty necessitating the use of a saw below ground. They had to tunnel under my sidewalk, it was quite a job. Those guys were great. They were professional and they worked very hard.

They were both extremely friendly, professional, and efficient through the whole process. They showed me that I'd need to get a new front porch light because the current one was too tall. I bought a new light and they installed it. They matched the new shingles to the ones currently on my home. They were also very good about door concerns and clean-up. I am very satisfied with my new roof. I would recommend Larry and Bob to my friends.

I thought that he was very prompt, very good about seeing what I needed to have done and taking care of it very efficiently. He kept everything clean - the carpeting that he took out was in my bedroom and he figured out a way to take it out in small strips and throw it out the window, rather than having to carry it back through the whole house - that was really helpful. He was able to come the day after I called him, which was wonderful, because the carpeting was wet and moldy from a broken water heater.

He had to cut a panel in the back of the linen closet so a new shower fixture can be installed. He was here on time, prompt and the work was great.

The previous owners had boarded over the back door and when I bought a new one to hang it myself, I accidentally bought a door which was 1/2 inch too tall. Larry trimmed the 1/2 inch off of the threshold and installed the door and did it all with very short notice.

A very reliable handyman. Returns phone calls, does the work as he says he will.
