It has now been nearly three weeks and the furniture still has not been delivered. The store is stating that they are still waiting on my order to arrive from the manufacturer. They are not able to provide an estimated date when they expect to receive it. Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and improper delivery expectations that were set at the time of the sale.

The furniture we purchased is very poor quality. We do not have more than normal wear and tear and usage on couches several years older than this furniture and it's breaking down after only 6 months. Very disappointed. Called to let them know they don't have the best quality in this set and they didn't seem to care with their lack of apology and concern.
