She placed the sign in the yard, locked the home up, placed all the pictures up before Labor Day weekend. On Tuesday we had our first showing, Wednesday we had our first offer, Thursday we counter offered and then at the end of the day the house was accepted. We ended up selling the house for $125,000. She went over board with providing us and all potential buyers with our information. She was leaving for vacation that weekend but she was still able to get all the information out. I would recommend her to anyone.
