Kevin was very nice and honest. He explained to me why the dash corners curled up. He also explained to me that to get the best results we should wait until there is a really hot sunny day that we can park the car at his shop. That will make the dash more pliable. I will use Kevin's shop for all my upholstery needs.

I can say without any hesitation that I would use Ken'ts Auto Upholstery again. I took my 61 Chevy Impala in on Monday and was driving it home on Tuesday. The top was put on extremely well and with the kind of care you expect from a professional. Kevin also gave me instructions on how to operate the top without causing damage to the plastic window that is an unfortunate part of the old cars. Kevin and his crew know cars and they seem to truly enjoy what they are doing and that always gives me added confidence in someone if they have a passion for what they do. I can also tell that Kevin is a stickler for detail. He told me everything he was going to do and why it was necessary. They are probably not the least expensive option, but when it comes to working with a classic car you want someone who knows the value of their skills and earns what they charge. I am glad that I used this company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering having their convertible top replaced or interior re-done.

Service was great. Kevin is a great, honest guy. Told me the entire procedure he does on top replacement. Was on schedule, with no surprises. Car looks fantastic.

Overall my experience was positive. First of all, I was impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Their shop is clean and organized, which is often not the case in this type of business. The work performed was of high quality and the price was exactly as estimated. I could have probably gotten this work done elsewhere for less money but I doubt the results would be as good. They did take about two weeks longer to complete the project than estimated but it was worth the wait. I would recommend this shop for any kind of auto or boat upholstery work.

Very good experience. Kevin (the owner) gave me very clear options ... we could either replace with leather or vinyl. He reviewed the pro's and con's associated with each option without giving me a "hard sell". It was clear to me that his price was fair, regardless of what I decided. He is personable,, straight-forward, and is just an all-around great guy. For women who are used to be taken advantage of, this is the guy you want to work with!

I needed to replace my convertible top for my 1992 Pontiac Sunbird. I chose Kent Auto Upholstery for a number of reasons. Kevin, the owner, actually took the time to speak with me, and although he gave me the estimate over the phone, he also suggested that, if it were convenient, to bring my car in so he could look at it (the other place merely just gave me an estimate over the phone and that was it.) He was also $200 lower than the other place I checked! I brought the car in and made an appointment for the following week for him to do the work. As promised, he had the car done in one day and the price that he quoted me was the price I paid. They did a beautiful job and my car looks great. I found Kevin to be very personable and his customer service is top notch. I have recommended him to my neighbor who also needs to replace his convertible top and get the seats in his RV re-upholstered.

The repair was done very quickly and completed when promised (the weather report called for rain very soon). We only had to wait one day for the part to be ordered. The work was done very professionally. We had a small problem with the roof liner inside the car. It was slightly off center. When we returned to have this looked at, the problem was corrected on the spot. We were very happy with a repair that was done correctly and on time. They even gave us some pointers on keeping the convertible top drainage system working properly, so we won't have problems with rust.

They did very well. They were able to avoid replacing the rear window, got right on the project, and finished when promised.

They were wonderful and the quality looks tremendous. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a gift certificate from this company for my husband. He answered all my questions which was helpful because I had no knowledge of how this worked. Both technicians I spoke to were friendly and helpful. He refunded a portion of the money since it didn't cost as much as he thought it would. We had to wait a few extra days because he didn't have the fabric in stock that he needed.

KEVIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL and POLITE. HE ALSO TIGHTENED BOLTS IN THE SUNROOF WHICH WERE LOOSE. JUDGING BY HOW BUSY HE IS, I WOULD SAY THAT HIS WORK IS VERY GOOD and VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
