 + -1 moreJeff has done a fantastic job! He takes the time to explain things thoroughly. When opening pools, his company will power wash everything including deck furniture.
Description of Work: Jeff refurbished our swimming pool last year, and he will performing the opening services this year.

 + -1 moreWe hired Jeff in May to renovate an existing pool at a home we had purchased. Jeff had a very clear contract as far as general work to be done and supp0lies to be used. It started out well, but quickly went south when the job dragged on till almost labor day. Jeff was nice, but some of his people were sketchy. He would promise to be out to work on the job and then wouldn't show up for days on end. It was delaying the landscaping work. The big issues arose when the finish was put on the pool and he wasn't present. The crew used the wrong size pebble finish. All Jeff said was he would try to get a break on the price from the distributor (if this happened he didn't pass on the savings). While it wasn't the finish we wanted, it was satisfactory in interest of moving along the overall landscape renovation. Then we had him move the location of some equipment. I clearly pointed out where underground wires were and told him to avoid digging there. He proceeded to use a backhoe to dig a hole when I wasn't present and cut the wires. We allowed his electrician to come in and try to fix. This electrician proceed to begin re-wiring all existing outdoor lighting...totally unnecessary. The electrician was as unreliable as Jeff. He wouldn't show up for a week or 2. Finally we said the electrician was not to come back and we hired our own electrician to fix the wires Jeff had cut. Jeff tried to bill us for the time his electrician spent. We wouldn't pay. And forget reimbursing us for the cost of having the wires fixed. Finally, the finish on the pool was spotchy. Jeff had to return at the end of the season to try to even it out. It is still not as even as the model pool he had shown us. Overall, we would go with another company for future work.
Description of Work: add tanning ledge to existing gunite pool; replaster, new tile and coping, maintenance on equipment, new automatic cover

 + -1 moreWe we were very pleased with this service. They were very hardworking- he promised to finish it in a certan time and he did. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They put a new pool in for us. They put the original pool in about 12 years ago and we were having some problems- we decided to change the color, etc.

 + -1 moreVERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I THOUGHT HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH IN HIS ESTIMATE. APPARENTLY $10,500 WASN'T A BIG ENOUGH JOB TO BE WORTH HIS TIME.
Description of Work: JEFF GAVE US A VERY DETAILED, REASONABLE ESTIMATE. AFTER GATHERING A COUPLE MORE QUOTES, I CALLED HIM A WEEK OR TWO LATER TO SCHEDULE THE WORK, HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I CALLED AGAIN, MADE IT CLEAR THAT I WANTED TO HIRE HIM AND STILL HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM.
