Description of Work: We had a very large flat roof on our home that was installed back in 1985. It was badly in need of repair. Jim was highly recommended by a friend and he came out to take a look and give us his opinion. Unfortunately, some of the wood framing under the roof was badly damaged and in need of extensive repair. Jim carefully explained exactly what he planned to do. We felt very confident in relying on his judgement and the skill of his crew. That was back in 2010 and now five years later the roof still looks brand new! I'm confident that we got a roof of the highest quality that will last us well beyond the 15 years of his warranty.

Description of Work: Jim performed an estimate to repair the trim on our chimney. The trim is pulling apart which will cause problems in the future & is currently loosening the vinyl siding. He climbed on our roof and on the side off the roof line of the chimney. He spent much time really looking over the work to be done & explaining to me the details of the repair. Jim was very honest about not being able to work on the part of the chimney off the roof line because of the height. He was upfront that having one company doing all of the work would be better for us in the end. He gave me extensive information regarding what type of company to look for on Angie's List and what I would need to tell the companies to make sure that they could do the job over the phone. I really appreciated his honesty, expert advice, and the time that he spent with me to lead me to the right company for this repair. I will be calling him for other roofing work.
