Description of Work: I called and left a message to the owner for an estimate, and the owner called me back the next day morning said they are already booked for the entire next year. Bad luck for me but I appreciate their letting me know though.

Description of Work: HAD A PERSISTENT LEAK IN THE LIVING ROOM CEILING. HE CAREFULLY ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND DETERMINED IT WAS NOT THE ROOF. OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT STATED I WOULD SAVE MONEY IF DID IT MYSELF. DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT DESPITE HIS COMING TO MY HOUSE AND SPENDING ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
