JIM'S TREE EXPERTS

The owner his self was at the job which made me feel better and he stayed until job was finish. His workers very polite. Hard workers.

Overall it went fine. They showed up, did the work and cleaned up afterward. We were satisfied with the work and have used them several times.

His name is Jim Clark, and everybody in the neighborhood uses him. He is good. He does a really good job and works hard at it. The work turned out very well. Everything was just fine.

It worked out very well and they did a good job. They were prompt and showed up on the specified time. They were careful and did not damage the yard. They knew what they were doing.

They were very quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was what they had quoted.

They did a nice job. He was out within a couple of days of our phone call.

Jim answered my phone call the same day and went to my house to examine the job and got back to me with his estimate. The crew arrived the next day and the job went far more smoothly than I would have thought possible. They cleaned up the job site so that it is almost impossible to notice that they were here at all-unless one looks at the trees which are in GREAT shape!

The first time I called this company they promised to come out the following Saturday and then failed to show up. I gave them a second chance because they had such a high rating and everybody deserves a second chance. The next time I called they promised again to come out the following weekend, again they never showed up, never called, nothing. How did this company get an A rating?

Jim's Tree Experts did an excellent job at cutting down trees that were damaged and uprooted from the tornado. I lost about 90% of my trees (about 15 trees). They cut the wood into firewood sections and stacked it, grinded tree stumps and filled holes from trees that were uprooted. They did a great job at cleaning up and I would definitely use them again. I believe I got more than my money's worth since one company wanted to charge me $500 per tree!!!.

They arrived on time to do the work asked of them. They cleaned up after themselves. The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them. They were courteous and kind. They were professional while they were working.

We were ready to re-landscape our front yard and my husband cut down seven very old, very unattractive evergreen bushes that were in front of the house. I, perhaps rather foolishly, figured it would not be a big deal to dig the stumps out since they were so small (about the diameter of a salad plate). However, after many hours and much hard work, only one stump had come out of the ground. At that point, we decided it was time to put a professional on the job. We called Jim on Thursday, he came and gave the estimate on Friday, and was able to grind the stumps on Saturday. He was prompt and did a really good, thorough job...plus the final bill was cheaper than the cost for us to rent the stump grinder and do the work ourselves.

I had no problems with them. They did a good job. I would use them again and am thinking about am thinking about using them for another trimming job.

They delivered the day they said they would. It was quick. They dumped the load of firewood as close as possible to where I was going to stack them. Very nice people.

They do good work. They did what I paid them to do and cleaned everything up. When they left you couldn't even tell that they had been there.

They were excellent with a very good price. They shredded everything and took everything away with them and didn't charge extra for the hauling. Excellent excellent service and we have recommended them to others.

Jim was prompt. He is knowledgeable and strong in his opinions. We agreed on a price, and I was pleased with the low cost. I was very specific about the way I wanted the River Birch trimmed. The tree was too full and low hanging, but it was also very graceful. I specifically said, "I don't want it to look like it has been obviously cut. I want to go at it lightly." On the day the work was done, they started sooner than scheduled. By the time I got to the house, they had already hacked hard on the River Birch. It looked exactly like I did not want it to look. Jim said it was their opinion while trimming that it needed that severe of a trimming. I would have liked to have had the option to decide how I wanted my tree trimmed. I was also not aware that they were going to pull a full size bucket truck in my front and back yard. I guess that's why the estimate was so low. I would hire again, but be on site for everything and ask more questions.

They came right out; we chose another service provider but we did like Jim's Tree Experts.

We had multiple estimates for work to be performed. We chose Jim because he best described how and what he would be doing to safely cut and remove this large tree. The work was performed in an exacting and professional manor. We have used Jim again on two different occasions and always with top satisfaction.

Jim met me at my home after work and walked the backyard with me. I had gotten two other estimates with Jim being the third to estimate. I told all the companies the same thing; I want to be able to grow grass in the areas I have never been able to and wanted the trees trimmed and deadwood taken out. Jim was the only one to take the time to explain exactly what he intended to do and why. Jim's estimate was almost half of the other companies for more work performed. He removed an additional three trees and stumps and two additional stumps from previous work. He and his crew showed up within two days of the estimate and was done within the day including taking out the stumps. They left my property clean and in much better condition than before they showed up. I would recommend Jim and his company for any tree work needing to be done. He is a smaller company that takes pride in his work and cares about his reputation with customers.

They used a chainsaw to chop up the logs then used a chipper to grind them up even more. They cleaned up very well after themselves and I was more than happy with the work they did.

Took longer than expected to start job, but was not fault of Jim's. Weather delays were the problem. Once they got there, the job went much quicker than I expected and the crew all worked quickly and efficiently. The fellow who went up to the top of the trees and sawed off limbs had a great system of ropes and expertise and the limbs falling down went straight down without any question of hitting anything including electrical wires.

Came out to give us a quote one day after called. Price was competitive. They were very friendly. They did not damage any of our flowers or landscaping and they cleaned up after themselves. They called to be sure we were happy with the job. We would use them again.

The service performed the work as expected. The price was very fair, and the workers were courteous. My only complaint was that they did not call to inform me of the day on which the work would be completed; they simply showed up, and luckily I happened to be at home.

Mike and the rest of the crew were professional and performed the job quickly and efficiently. They took care not to damage any of the surrounding plants or the roof or guttering. It would be hard to find anyone else that could match their attention to detail and courteous service. One of the crew members took the time to thank me for the work. Additionally, Jim gave me a reference for someone to help with blight on one of our trees when he came to give us his estimate. I highly recommend this company for any tree service needs!!!

The crew came prepared for the big job that took 6 hours. They were polite and careful of the house and fencing. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again. I felt that their price was reasonable and from the first phone to them, I received superior service.
