The owner of the company told me he filed a claim with his insurance company and left it to them to settle the claim. I waited 10 days and called his insurance company, turned out that there was no insurance in effect on the date of the accident. I have had to file a claim with my own insurance company, and PAY the deductible myself!
Hard to believe that a responsible owner would let employees drive a company vehicle WITHOUT insurance.
