We called Jim after discovering a roof leak -- that was allowing water to run into a storage closet off our kitchen dining area. Even though he was busy (following a heavy rain after several weeks of no rain) he came by our home within two days to make a temporary patch. He told us it would be 2-3 weeks before the full repair could be made. During this period another large storm was expected -- so on his own -- he returned to our home "to make the temporary patch more secure". He did make the full repairs on the schedule he had originally suggested to us. I rate Mr Guerra service as outstanding.

He has been terrific.  I like the fact he gives personal service.  He is not cheap, but he is competitive.  Roofers seem to come and go, but Jim has been in the business for over 20 years.  He does both residential and commercial jobs.  I have found him to be very responsive and do good work.  He is a thoughtful and responsible roofer.  I find I get a good competent job from Jim.  He also has a very experienced supervisor who watches these jobs to make sure they get done.  He has done work for me and for the insurance claims I handle.

Jim was great to work with. my power went out so that delayed things a bit.  they returned as soon as the power was back..  the roof looks great. my new skylight is amazing. i can actually see out of it. it was a wee bit tricky to install because it was bigger than my other one.  they did a great job and you wouldnt even know that it was a different size. Jim also told me i had a few rotten boards on my chimney. i had my handyman take care of replacing the wood. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Price was much less than other roofers. call Jim for your new roof.

He does a great job. He's very prompt and they are great about scheduling.

Jim was here the entire first day to make sure all supplies were delivered and that they were doing what we requested. His prices were very good for the work they did and they took care of making sure my plants around the house weren't damaged.

JIM AND HIS GUYS DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY CAME OUT A DAY LATE BUT ONLY BECAUSE OF A SNOW STORM -- THEY CONTINUED THE WORK INTERMITTENTLY THROUGH THE ROTTEN FEBRUARY WEATHER UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB.
