Joe and his assistant did a great job. They were timely, took time to do the job right and did not leave until everything was correct and they were certain I was happy.

Joel did an amazing job. He did more than he needed to. Everything he did was very neat and organized. There are no wires and cables sticking out anywhere; he hid them behind tracks and covered up holes made to install the speakers. He was very patient and explained how everything worked before he left. He also cleaned up everything and wiped down the TV of fingerprints. We have another TV to be installed and will definitely be calling Indy TV Mount again. Very courteous and professional! Thank you, it looks great!

We purchased the Big Deal on the last day to have our TV wall mounted. The next morning, I received a message asking to schedule service. We decided that Saturday the 11th would be the best time. He asked if there was anything unique about our installation or if we were interested in the upgrade to have an electrical outlet installed behind the TV. We had a standard installation, but did opt for the outlet for an extra $60. The work was performed promptly at 9AM that Saturday. It looks great. All of the wires/cables are behind the wall. The surround system sounds a lot better, too. I think he must have fixed the connections. He even double checked to make sure our Roku and Wii were reconnected and back on the network. I would highly recommend!

I love my new mounted TV. Joel was personable and easy to talk to and meticulous in his work. I have already recommended him to friends who have a flat screen TV. I know there are some who may decide to try this themselves, but after watching the install, I now realize it was worth the cost to have the TV mounted! The moveable mount is also well worth the add'l charge.

Joel came on time for both the preview appointment and to do the installation. He was very professional and helpful. When he did the install he had to work around painters working in the same space and was very accommodating. The install went smoothly and looks great. I would highly recommend him.

Indy TV Mount did a great job mounting two televisions in our home. We unfortunately had trouble due to AT&T U-verse no responding well to the wireless system they use, but the installers researched it for us and got us the best remote to work with AT&T.

This is the second time Joel has mounted a tv for us and he does a great job. He is easy to talk to, cleans up after himself and is affordable.

Everything went very well, I couldn't be happier with the services they provided. I spoke to them on the phone and scheduled the appointment. They were on time down to the very second. They came in and installed everything and then explained everything to me. Afterward I paid the bill which was slightly less than quoted because of a change in the way it was installed. Everything was done very professionally and I am very happy!

This was the second time Joel came out to mount TVs for us, and we could not be more impressed with him and his work. Our basement TV was an easy mount, but the cable jack was located completely across the room. Joel did a great job hiding the cable around the basement so the TV really does look like it's floating on our wall. In our kitchen, we wanted a small TV mounted underneath our cabinets so it could free up our counter space. Wow - it's one of the best parts of our kitchen! We were okay with him drilling into the bottom of our cabinets (not noticeable at all) and the TV is now hanging under a far cabinet and the cable box is hidden inside a cabinet. It looks so professional and high end! Side note - we had an issue with our HDMI cable disconnecting from our kitchen TV because it was too short. We called Joel and he came out the next day to install a different and longer HDMI cord at no charge. We can't say it enough - Joel is the BEST!

From start to finish, this could not have been a better experience!! Great communication, professionalism, and quality. Joel was fantastic to work with, and did a phenomenal job!! He even fixed our surround sound that had not worked properly since it was installed. I highly recommend Joel and his company - A++!

I would highly recommend INDY TV Mount. From consultation to installation, Joel did a great job and was very responsive. We had 3 TVs of various sizes that we wanted hung on walls in our home, including one with the infrared option with the components stored out of sight in a seperate room. Joel cleaned up after each installation and made sure that all were in proper working order.

Wow! Joel was fantastic and I would reccomend his services to anybody who needed a television mounted. Joel came out for a free estimate a few days prior and to ensure he could mount the tv on our large fireplace that is surrounded by bookends. He provided an estimate that was more than fair and we scheduled him to come out later that week. Joel and his assistant arrived at our home on time and were polite and professional. They took the time to cover their shoes with booties every time they entered our home as to not to track in dirt from the outside. Even though we had a mount already, Joel provided one that was better suited for our situation (included in the cost). I asked Joel if he could do his best to hide all the wires once the tv was mounted. This is where he really excelled in my book! He gave me options as to where the wires could be run, covered up visible wires with conduit and even drilled some holes in my built in (per my request) so that the cabinet doors would close fully. My husband and I will need to install a couple more televions in the near future (both mounted on a panel wall and under a cabinet) and there is no question about calling Joel. He did a great job and we are so grateful that Angie's List led him to us!

Joel came to our condo to install a 55 inch LED TV above our fireplace. Since I was never that crazy about having the TV above the fireplace, I found a special mount from Best Buy that allows you to pull down the TV to eye level. So I told Joel that I did not want to use the mount that he provided, and he was ok with that. Joel was a couple of hours later than he said he would be, but he was very apologetic, and he explained that his previous job was pretty difficult, so it wasn't that big of a deal. He started unpacking the special mount I had bought and installed it, and put the TV up on it. The only problem was, the mount would not hold the TV up (it kept falling down to the lowest position). At that point, I felt kinda dumb for buying this mount in the first place, but Joel was very helpful and offered to take the mount down and install their standard mount at no extra charge. I happily agreed, and he got to work on it. Within about an hour after that, he had the whole job done, and he stayed to make sure the TV worked with the cable box. He cleaned up everything and wanted to make triple sure that we were happy with his work. The TV is perfectly mounted and you can tell it was done by a professional. Joel has a very easy going and pleasant personality, and he was very easy to communicate with. We have a few other things that we would like to do with our A/V system at home, and we will definitely call him again!

Joel was very prompt and did an outstanding job. We had a smaller TV mounted in the basement but wanted to mount a much larger flat screen TV. The new TV is much larger and there are NO wires hanging out, it looks great! Joel made sure everything was hidden so it's a very professional look. I would highly recommend Joel to anyone wanting to mount a TV on the wall. This is all he does and he knows what he's doing.

He would check with me periodically during the installation to see if the various steps were as I wanted them to make certain that we were on the same page. Ditto to everything every previous reviewer has said about Joel. He showed up right on time a couple hours after we had moved into our new place; a dozen workmen were there and everything was chaos, I could not find my list of which tv went in which room with which mount, I was generally freaking out--and he came in and made sense of everything and restored order and did a fabulous job. (He really does live by his mantra of "no problem," and what a relief that is when you don't have a very good grip on technology and you just want the job to get done!) His infra-red mounting results were a thing of beauty, and his demeanor and attitude were top-notch. This guy is a gem.
