He told me he had held up his end of the bargain and expected me to hold up my end. The implication was that I was making up problems to get out of paying. I chose not to pay on that day. They did send someone to seal the gutters the next day. Since, we have found that several gutters do not run in the right direction but I am not about to complain because I am sure they will not believe me and it's something you notice only when it rains. One week later we had still not heard from them. I finally called the owner of the company, and a week later we got our invoices and made the final payment. It was over three weeks from the time the gutter people were supposed to be here until we got invoices. This company may do a good job when using local workers and the owner told me he had no idea what was going on. But I can only rate the company I contracted with, and this is it.

They did an excellent job. It looks very nice. They even rerouted one of the channels on the roof so the rain would go where it is suppose to. They did it all in one day. They picked up every scrap off the yard. They explained exactly what they had done. They are very good.

Because of extensive hail damage in Indianapolis and surrounding area, work was delayed from original estimate but was no problem. The workers were very efficient and polite. I appreciated the $200 coupon provided through Angie's List and would work with Indianapolis Contracting again if needed.

I called the company to come and take a look at our roof to determine the extent of the damage. Flint Tindall was our contact person and he was wonderful. He was out within a few days and inspected the roof. He helped us deal with our Homeowners insurance. I truly believe we got as much as we did from them because of Flint. He was here when our adjuster came out. The work started with 8 days and the roof was completed in three days. The roof looks great and we are thrilled with the service we received. We would highly recommend them.

They called the same day that they wanted to come out. They actually wanted to come out right that moment. I put them off by a couple of hours and they agreed. Then about thirty minutes after they were supposed to be there they had not shown. They finally showed up 1 1/2 hours late. I had plans at that point and had minimum interaction with them. I left and asked that they leave the information in the door that they did very nicely. Much more expensive than the chosen company.

I phoned Tom's company on Monday and had someone out to inspect the site the same day. I was amazed at the speed of the response. With the recent hail storms all roofing companies have been swamped, but Tom managed to get Tim out here within 3 business days to get the work done. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll jokingly say that we'll have to wait for the first have storm to see if everything is fine but honestly I don't think it will be a problem. Tim seemed to me to be very capable of doing an excellent job. I look forward to working with them again on other projects.

The crew finished the entire job in one day, did a neat job, and cleaned up all trash. The contract was written to accept the insurance company's hail damage reimbursement plus my deductible. My out-of-pocket expense was legally limited to my deductible. It did take the company several weeks to get to our house but we were in no rush and with all the hail related work this was completely understandable. Telephone calls to the salesman were promptly returned.

He is very nice and his manager is excellent. They did a good job, but they did make some mistakes like leaving the canvas out so there was an outline of dead grass. The manager came out immediately and fixed it quickly. But unfortunately, nobody spoke English in the group and I had to call and ask the manager to come out, but he was very good at what he did. I don't blame Tom for these mistakes, but he did hire them, even though he did fire them eventually.

Wow!! Excellent salesmen and workmanship. The roof crew was clean and very hard working. The salesmen were knowledgeable and kind. There were no hard pressure sales tactics. They are very busy right now with the hail damage in the area. I had to call and stay on them to make sure that things were moving along.

They were very professional and prompt. Despite the hail storm, they began the job on the day promised. They coordinated with new screened porch project so I saved time and money. The clean up was good. Entire project took less than a week.

When ''Tim'' performed the assessment of where the potential cause of the leak might be, I wasn't home. I requested to talk to him via phone, but for over 7 days, he failed to return the call to describe to me what could be causing the leak. Finally, I was able to speak to Tom Pulley, who again visited my home to confirm Tim's assessment. The actual work was performed by ''Tim'' on a Saturday morning. He finished the job in couple of hours. I liked that the replaced shingles looked clean and the exposed metal flashings were covered with half shingles. ''Tim'' informed me while he was replacing the shingles that the possible leak was from a protruding nail in the middle of the ''deck'' roof as evidenced by 6x6 square patch of the grayed decking material. After the completion of the job, there was one major thunderstorm and I have not noticed water leakage from the same location yet. I am deferring my judgment on the quality of the work until I weather one more major thunder

They called back a little less than a week later, which is pretty good considering how backed up roofing companies are.

The amount of time from the time I called them to the time of the work was fairly short, considering the amount of work roofers are having due to the hail storm. The result was excellent - it took one day to roof the house, there was a large crew, they stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up very nicely. I am also going to ask this company to do our siding, gutters, and windows. The work is subbed out right now due to the huge volume of roofs needing done, and it is my understanding that the owner of this company is attempting to fill orders in a reasonable amount of time by hiring extra help. I am very happy with the result - the devil is in the details, and this company returns phone calls, shows up when they say they will, and from our non-expert inspection the roof and the small things like counterflashing on the chimney are done in a quality way.

I asked for workman's comp insurance. We required that for his were covered also. They were pleasant people to have here.

MY JOB PROVED TO BE VERY DIFFICULT WITH MULTIPLE PROBLEMS. TOM, TIMMY AND SHAWN WORKED THEM OUT TO MY SATISFACTION.

They have screwed us up. They were supposed to start on Monday and they couldn't make it. They were supposed to be here today and they have not shown up yet.

He did a great job. He did it quickly. I was very satisfied.

After telling Glen I had my house looked at by other contractors in town, he still wanted to look at my roof to make sure we had NO damage. He was right. Our home was fine. It was really nice that he was persistent and like many other roofers, very thorough (for piece of mind sake).

He answered right away. He never called back after that. When I called back later he forgot who I was and I think he was drunk, he was slurring his speech. He did not remember our previous conversation.

Tom was very professional, prompt and did great work. I had two other bids and Tom's bid was by far the most detailed, including specifics of the premium shingle material I selected. His price was in-line with the other bids as well. Large crew completed the entire job in a day and a half. Great job!

When we initially talked to him, he seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the problem and how to fix the roof (gave us our options). After installation, there was a leak and he was very responsive and came out to fix the leak quickly.

Tom did exactly what he promised to do. He did it very well. He did it promptly, quickly and professionally. He cleaned up everything before he left and then returned the next day to inspect his crews work. I was satisfied with the job, but Tom sent someone out to change the flashing on the East side of the house to match the West side. I never noticed the difference. I was very satisfied with this company. I was very impressed.
