A representative came out to give us an estimate. Their price was the lowest of the 3 companies I called. The rep was professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a couple of options, since we were hoping to save the tree. In the end we had the whole tree and stump removed. The workers showed up on time and did a good job, being careful around our gardens and deck. The work was done quickly and safely. Afterwards they cleaned up the area.

A bucket truck and limb/branch mulcher were brought in. Several employees were on the ground while one man in the bucket sawed, trimmed and cut the limbs and branches. The men on the ground quickly removed the fallen branches, etc. and moved them out of the yard to the mulcher. After all of the cutting and trimming was finished, my yard was raked and scouted for any extra debris and quickly removed. There was no evidence that ant work had been done - except for the look of the tree :) All of the men working were extremely professional and very courteous.

I was afraid for my safety. That's how it went.

Indiana Tree Service did an excellent professional job. They inched their bucket truck between our landscape edging and our home. The crew carefully laid plywood to protect our lawn, they did an excellent job of pruning along the fence line and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended!

My initial call was not returned, even though I left a voicemail. Then we had the storms, so I waited at least a month to call back and was able to schedule an estimate then scheduled the service. They did an excellent job of removing the trees without damaging my garden. They cleaned up well and didn't charge more even though the trees had leafed out quite a bit from when I got the estimate. The actual work was done quickly, despite the heat.

Mr. Bellamy came over and gave me a very detailed estimate. I called the next day and set up an appointment. The crew showed up on time and were very skilled at what they were assigned to do. They also put up with my occasional questions and were very knowledgeable in their answers. The whole project turned out great. Great job! Would not hesitate to use again or refer to others. Thanks.

The experience was very good. They responded in a very timely manner. There was a storm around Memorial Day and a lot of people had tree issues. They did a nice job, and the owner seems to be very personable, open and honest.

They did an excellent job. I was really happy with them. The crews came out and were polite and very friendly. They did exactly as they said they would do, and they cleaned up completely so that I could not even tell they were there.

Came at 8:00 used mulcher to do small limbs/branches. Cut up large with chain saw & hulled away. Used stump grinder to get rid of tree stumps. Left yard in immaculate condition. Even cut some limbs off other trees that I asked them to without charging me. They were not in the original estimate.

They told me that the only reason they would cancel would be if it was raining. They called me this morning and told me it was too wet to do the work. It's not raining outside at all. I asked to speak with a manager and he offered to give me a 10% discount if we could reschedule. I already had other work scheduled so I really was counting on having the work done today. I asked to speak with the other owner and he said the reason they couldn't come out was because there were many storm victims they were trying to fit into their schedule. I told him I wasn't aware that was the reason they had canceled since they simply told me it was too wet and he said "If you're not sympathetic to the storm victims then I don't want to work with you and I don't want your business" and hung up. I called back and told their receptionist that I am completely sympathetic to the storm victims and I didn't know that was why they were canceling since they told me it was too wet outside. There was no reason for them to speak to me that way or to hang up on me.

Very helpful and friendly. Even though it had been raining for several days prior to the tree removal, the workers were very careful in our yard. They put down large planks of plywood to protect the grassy areas. Fabulous job!!

They were excellent! They cleaned up the yard beautifully and there was price was very good. The gentleman that came out took a lot of time to discuss the options. He was very considerate and communicated everything very well with me.

We decided in December to remove four elderly, cracked trees before they came down in a windstorm and took out other trees or our garage roof. We got 4 estimates, of which this was the lowest half of the highest one! Rob, the estimator, gave us copies of their liability and worker's comp insurance, and answered questions over the phone. His team, headed by Jay, was also knowledgeable and clever in the way they took down the large trees. They arrived on time, were friendly and pleasant with each other and me, and cleaned up thoroughly. They were flexible when I decided I wanted a few fireplace logs (instead of chipping everything), and left me a nice pile. When moving their heavy equipment around the yard, they went carefully and used large boards to protect the lawn. The entire experience was excellent, and I would definitely hire them again.

The job went great, the job was done with 48 hours of reporting, and they cleaned up after their work just great.

The company responded quickly to our call, came out and gave the estimate, and explained exactly what would transpire. They started the job a week later with a crew of eight men, who were all courteous and professional. The crew showed up on time with very large pieces of equipment and large vehicles. The climbers took down sections of the tree, being careful not to cause any damage to surrounding trees or property. They encountered thousands of bees from multiple honeycombs, spraying to control the situation so they could continue to work. Several of the crew members sustained many stings and still tried to continue. We finally called a professional exterminator to rid the tree of bees and the tree guys continued the job the following day. The guys worked hard and persevered with heat in the 90's and aggressive bees. Job well done!

Terrific - we use this company each time we trim trees. They are priced very reasonably and do great work. They don't "hack up" the trees - their trimming technique leaves the trees looking great. Their estimates break down each tree to be trimmed, so we can decide which ones to do now, and which to do later - very helpful.

They did a great job, raising the canopies of eight trees provides much more light at our entrance and allows large trucks better access to our subdivision. The removal of the one tree was blocking one of our street lights and now provides more light as homeowners and guest enter our subdivision. All of the branches and the stump were removed from the work site.

They Were Efficient And Effective. And The Clean Up Was Great.

They were wonderful! We contacted them on a Friday, they came out to give us an estimate on Monday. They completed the work on Thursday, the day after the 4th. They called half an hour before arrival; did the all the work and cleanup, and were done in about 4 hours. They even used leaf blowers to blow out the driveway, not only to remove the sawdust from the tree shavings, but also all the way up the driveway where they had not been working. I was very impressed; they were efficient, came when they promised, and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic! They were early. Knowledgeable. We had several estimates and they were the best one. Cleaned up well after themselves.

Robert, part owner of company, provided the quote and explained the options for removal. Job was to remove one shrub and one small tree/shrub located on the side of my house near electrical box/gas line etc. The tree/shrub had extensive seedling growth that had spread on the ground and was growing up against the side of the foundation of the house. A couple days after the job was completed I was trying to clean up the area, clearing the seedling/root growth left by the tree/shrub, which Robert had made clear during the estimate that they would not be able to remove the growth close to the foundation with the grinder. I discovered that they had cut the electrical ground cable to the house which keeps the electric system grounded. I called them immediately, which was on a Saturday, left a message and they called me back later that day. I explained what I found and they asked me to send receipts for the repairs and reimbursed me for the repairs. I would use this company again.

The crew was very thorough from start to finish. Raked and removed all debris from area, before leaving. Very pleased with their services.

Very professional and easy to work with. They provided proof of insurance when they came for the estimate. They removed two large trees and ground the stumps. They also removed and replaced a rose trellis and a stone bench to prevent damage while removing the trees. Would definitely hire again.
