Company arrived on day indicated. Did a very good job, cleaned up well, and hauled away all debris. Very courteous and professional.

They did a wonderful job cleaning up in my neighbors yard. They didn't even leave any saw dust or anything and didn't damage my neighbors bushes or property. A tremendous clean up. They did leave some branches in my yard that I had to clean up myself. I asked them why they left a big branch going to the sky on one of my trees and they said that it was going in between the power lines.

I received a written quote the morning after I called. They were excellent in their communications (especially rescheduling due to weather), and the work looks very good.

They were great. They were prompt, courteous, professional and did everything they said they were going to do. We wanted the wood for the trees to be saved and they stacked it SO beautifully in the backyard.

Very prompt work after a fall storm. I called as soon as I got to work and by lunch they called and told me the branch was gone. This was my second time working with them. They were just as pleasant and responsive this time as they were the first.

The estimator came on time, prepared estimate & left it in mailbox across the street as instructed. Wasn't the most competitively priced.

The trim and shape work was done as scheduled by a couple of really great and thorough workers. They removed the tree as quoted but were unable to do the stump grinding because it was with another crew and I should expect them later that day, October 2nd. The soil sample collection didn't happen until I called for the results and the report was even later after the samples were finally taken. The stump grinding not only did not happen later in the day that the work was scheduled, it did not happen for another 18 days even though I called repeatedly. Each call brought another excuse and another promise which was not met until nearly three weeks later and after calling the owner directly. I know the grinding was a small part of the work and took less time to perform than it took to get the tool off the trailer. But for three weeks I was unable to seed the area and will have a bare spot for the winter and into next spring.

Very professional. They did great work. Came out fast for estimate and scheduled date to work quickly. This was important to me because the half of the tree that fell was inches away from our house and it was also killing our lawn and schrubs. Other companies couldn't do the work until weeks later and their prices weren't as competitive. I know that we will need out swap willow trimmed again next year and we will be calling this company to do the work.

My call for an appointment was returned in a timely manner. The estimate was done 2 days later. Even though I was not home, the estimate accurately reflected the work I requested. On the service date, the crew arrived within 30 minutes of appointment time and verified what was to be done. They worked quickly, methodically, and professionally. There was minimal damage to the lawn and flower beds. They did a great job cleaning up the lawn and driveway. I chose to have the tree stump cut as low as possible, and that was done really well, almost at ground level.

I had big green nuts falling out of my neighbor's trees onto my driveway. They damaged two cars- one was my ex's, so that didn't really bother me- and I needed to get them taken care of before I replace my roof. Harlon was great. He came out to give me an estimate right after I called. He originally quoted me $2,200 for all the trees along the fenceline. When I asked for another estimate on only the ones hanging over the house (to save money), he came right back out. I called to schedule the service and they fit me in the next day. They did the work while I was gone, and except for a lot more sun on my driveway, I couldn't even tell they had been there. They left only the smell of freshly cut wood behind.

I was extremely impressed with this company! They were very responsive and follow through on what they say. Performed estimate when they said they would and included recommendations on trees, showed up when they said they would and made sure I was very satisfied with their work. Very patient and informative when answering questions. They are an extremely professional group of workers that take pride in their work. They did a wonderful job cleaning up the yard before leaving. I would hire this company again and recommend them without hesitation.

I scheduled work twice with this company to complete work. It required that I take time off from my job on both dates. On the original date, I had to wait until late in the afternoon to get a call that they had to cancel because of weather. When I rescheduled, I was told I was first on the list that day @ 8:00m. At 7:15am, the scheduler left a message that it was raining at their shop and I would have to reschedule again. I called to advise it wasn't raining at my house and there was no rain on the current radar within 50 miles of Indpls. More excuses followed about the ground being too soft for their equipment. That didn't make sense because I specifically agreed to do business with this firm because they said they wouldn't have to put heavy equipment in my yard. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told he would have to call me back. If it was too wet to work, you'd think he'd be available. No call back. Found a different tree service to complete the work.

These people really know their trees. They know what limbs need to be removed and do so very professionally. They clean up after their work very nicely. I definitely will use them again. Their price was reasonable, too. Their office was very efficient.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Indiana Tree Service easily beat competitors on price. (The price to remove the large beech was higher than what most people could expect to pay because there was no way to get a crane truck or other equipment to the tree. It had to be tied off, cut in pieces, and hauled out by hand.) They did an extensive amount of work on my property and left the yard in immaculate condition. The entire crew was professional and courteous. I was so happy with their service, I'm already planning to have them come back in the spring to fertilize my oak trees and recommend other steps to be taken to prolong the life of my other 20 trees.

Price was in line with other estimates. They did a great job. They took care not to damage the flowers in the garden below the trees. They removed branches from other trees that I trimmed, and they did not charge me extra for doing so. They were courteous, prompt, and efficient. I would hire them again.

We had estimates from several companies. Indiana Tree was lowest and a reputable company. They did an excellent job, cleaning up after themselves afterwards. They even raked the path in the grass in front, side and back yards so lines would not show where their machine had been.

Obviously, I'm not pleased that the wrong tree was removed. The other thing I found disconcerting was that when I called the office, they were very unorganized. When I called to pay the bill, the girl couldn't find our estimate, so she didn't know exactly what to charge. Then she called me back on a cell phone to take my credit card number. I just found it very odd.

They were very good, they called before they came. Got here when they said they would. Didn't even leave me a twig in the yard. They took everything out and I ask them to not grind out the stump to save me money, they cut it so low to the ground that you can't even see it. Didn't touch my plants and their price was very good.

The man who estimated to job was early, very pleasant, and informative. They offered a very reasonable price. A double crew was sent so that the work could be completed in one day. They were on time, pleasant, and hardworkers. They did a great job! Clean up was excellent.

Everything was great. They gave an estimate and showed up when they said they would. They worked with me on payment; since it was winter, that kept up an income for them. They cleaned up well.

Their prices were reasonable, and their work was good. I was particularly happy with them.

I had a very positive experience. They checked with me first to make sure that I knew what they were planning to do. They made recommendations, they cleaned up well too, before leaving.
