Description of Work: PART ONE: REMOVED SHRUBBERY & GROUND COVER FROM IN FRONT OF PORCH. PART TWO: REMOVED 8 FT X 16 FT. HOWEVER BED FROM EAST SIDE OF HOUSE, BED IS FRAMED WITH RAILROAD TIES, COMPANY PROPOSED BRINGING A "BOB CAT" TO REMOVE "TIES" AND SAID NEVER GOT THE "BOB CAT" HERE. WEATHER, ETC. FINALLY CANCELLED THAT PART OF THE PROJECT, HAD TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO COMPLETE PROJECT.

ON BEHALF OF INDIANA TREE SERVICE, INC. WE WOULD LIKE TO RESPOND WITH OUR COMMENT. WE ARE A TREE SERVICE. BUT, OCCASIONALLY WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE A CUSTOMER'S REQUEST FOR OTHER WORK, NOT TREE RELATED. WITH THIS MEMBER, WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD BRING OUR BOBCAT TO REMOVE SOME RAILROAD TIES AND DIRT. WE HAVE TO WORK WITH THE WEATHER AND EQUIPMENT ON THE PROPERTY. HE WANTED IT DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE DECIDED THAT THE PROJECT WAS NOT GOING TO BE COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CANCELLED THE PROJECT. WE APOLOGIZED TO HIM FOR CANCELLING THE MISCELLANEOUS PROJECT. WE ARE HAPPY THAT HE WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT FOR HIM.
