INDIANA FENCE

I need to give kudos out to Indiana Fence! I would use them any time. If I ever decide to finish out the fence in anymore in the yard, to replace it, they’re the ones I would call. They were just wonderful people. They came when they said they were going to come, did the job they said that they were going to do and checked backed. I just found them because they were the only fence company that I had ever heard of. I had always heard of Indiana Fence, so I thought I would give them a try. So, I did! I had gotten other estimates too from other companies, but I came to them. It’s a family business and they’re wonderful people. They’re not my family, but they’re still nice. I’s a father, son and cousins, it’s a wonderful company!

I had contacted this company on the referral of our neighbors and that it was family owned and we had used one of the family member's companies in the past.  I was given a rough estimate over the phone and was told if we found a better price, they would match it.  But do to the history and referrals, we decided to go with Indiana Fence.
Upon approval from our HOA, I contacted them and 2 days later someone was at our home to draw up the dimensions and give the "official" estimate.  I told them at that time we were definitely using their company and asked how soon they would start.  I was told by the man they would be starting the following week sometime.  Upon inspection of the estimate, I noticed the dimensions were incorrect from what we had discussed.  I contacted them with the correct dimensions right away.  A week came and went.  I finally got a phone call where a message was left saying they would be out the following week.  I did not return the call.  That was the only call that week that appeared on our caller ID.  The following week, they were once again a no show.  I had called and left a message trying to figure out what was going on.  On the return call, they spoke with my husband and said that they did not want to put the posts in until all the boards had arrived because they were afraid they would warp in the heat.  Once again, my husband reminded them on the incorrect dimensions and they seemed to not know what he was talking about.  They finally arrived to put in the posts 3 weeks after stating that we were going with their company.  The excuse from them was either the heat or that I was difficult to get in touch with - even though they had both my home and cell numbers.  They had only called our home three times during that time frame.
Finally, posts are in.  I asked as they were leaving when they would be back to finish the job.  I was told it would be Thursday/Friday of that week, or early the following week at the latest.  Two weeks later, they still hadn't shown and, you guessed it, the posts were warping.  One very visibly.  I finally called (I had not heard anything during this two week time frame) and asked if we needed to contact someone else to complete the job.  What do you know, about 2 hours later, a crew was here to work on the job.  It was finally completed after that crew had been here a span of 2 days.  
The fence looks good, but I'm still upset that some of the posts had warped some, and several of the cedar boards are already starting to crack.  It's now obvious why they were cheaper.  I would definitely not recommend them.

They were very professional. Their craftsmanship was very satisfactory. It took them a couple of weeks which was fine with me. I would recommend them to others.
